Do not let JA highjack this phase. Travis is the victim. JA testimony needs to be limited. I did not know she would even be up on the stand. Geez if that happens this could go on for months.

Don't lump the entire country into the 'not the greatest and it is getting worse' category. We're healthier and better cared for than our American friends, friend. :twocents:

kaRN; you're right, my bad for generalizing a whole country. But out in Western Canada, there is a shortage of Dr.'s and walk-ins closing, surgeries getting cancelled ... I just don't go to Dr. unless I absolutely have to, and yes, this can be due to good general health.

Just want to say I am deeply disappointed in Shanna Hogan. We heard the sex tape. The convicted murder is the one who introduced Travis to KY Jelly and I am sure to anal sex as well. Don't most men take whatever is offered? So that makes him a ? IIRC, many of our websleuth friends were impressed by Shanna Hogan. I guess not anymore. She took the money and ran with Jodi's lies. I'm not convinced that Travis was so innocent. Of course he didn't deserve what happened to him in any shape or form, but he wasn't perfect. I'm not convinced she introduced him to anal sex either, not that it matters. Shanna didn't call him a , that's just how the State page framed it to make everyone freak out. Shanna explained it herself quite well there and on her page. She didn't run with Jodi's lies either, she researched the book thoroughly and I get the impression she knows more than she wants to say.

I'm still disappointed that Jodi went librarian for the trial. I was hoping for big hats and tons of makeup. I'm also shocked she didn't faint at the decision. I just expected more court antics than fake crying and being rude to the prosecutor. I did enjoy when she did the superman line backer pose.

Other than the Biographical Question, all the others apply to finding the pile of evil guilty or not guilty. Since she has already been found guilty I wonder what else they could ask. OMG can you just imagine if she were allowed to question the potential jurors, I don't know, maybe with the fair trial BS she would be allowed. I know I would not be able to keep my disrespect for her out of my answers. LOL I have actually said little prayers asking to not be picked for this jury!

Yeah, that is two months away. The defense better not come up with any delays. I think two months is plenty of time to get their "stuff" together. Don't you?

Actually, it's been much longer than two months.

She was arrested and appointed counsel in the summer of 2008.

As the sentencing re-trial itself will not commence until after jury selection, the tweeting 'artist' attention-hound and her crack defense team will have had nigh unto five years to "get their "stuff" together."

I note also that another oral argument is scheduled for 1/28/2014 @ 8:30 a.m. AZ time.

I recall only three potential criminal accusations of Travis Alexander during this case, and all three were leveled by a confessed killer and liar who lacked any corroborating evidence whatsoever. (Yes, I'm discounting her bent finger trick.)

IIRC, these were: pedophilia (implied possession of child , unnamed juvenile male victim), assault on multiple occasions of Jodi Ann Arias, and attempted murder of Jodi Ann Arias.

Do you believe that Travis Alexander was guilty of any or all of these three?

I can't prove that she did give her own name honestly, but the sometimes-homeless nomad listed her address on her now-expired California driver license as a P.O. Box in Big Sur.
