Hah. I messed that up. I was watching something else. I posted below what I was watching. 'Dirty Little Secrets'. Sorry, sorry.

No probs Mck, just was not sure if the one I was posting about was the new one.
It does get confusing, since they all are titled "Dirty", "Deadly", "Evil", whatever....they all suit JA!

Niner-
I did not want to be a Gladys (as in Gladys Kravitz, the neighbor from "Bewitched". In my family we call nosy people that, lol)...ANYWAY, I am so curious about your move to Latvia.
Is it for work? To be with family? Is your husband from there also?
Having never moved 50 miles out of the area I was born in, it always makes me curious (and jealous!) to hear of someone moving to an entirely different continent.
If you don't mind sharing, I would love to hear details (and if I missed them in the threads please excuse me for not paying attention).

The scene depicted in the movie showed TA in the shower and JA was still in bed when the text came in on TA's phone. She responded to the text as if she were TA. Then she went into the bathroom and took some pictures of TA. Then she began stabbing him. Different than trial evidence. jmo

Doesn't comport with the evidence I recall.

The pictures, stabbing, shooting and lying cover-up actually did happen, though.

Good Morning Friends!!! Hope everyone is staying warm. 12 degrees outside in
freaking Alabama. Geez. We did not get our 1 inch of snow!!! LOL!!

Its about 50 some outside....no snow as usual

Hi Nymeria
I don't mind sharing at all! Long story short:
My parents escaped from Latvia in 1944 when the Soviet Army overran the country; escaping in a small fishing boat which took them to the island of Visby off the coast of Sweden - where four of us were born; in the early fifties, Stalin wanted "his" citizens back, so my Dad put in for a visa to the U.S.; in 1952 we all came over here thru Ellis Island. When Latvia gained its independence again in 1991, they passed a law that all people who were citizens and there children could get dual citizenship to Latvia, which I did and so did all my brothers and sisters. So being a Latvia citizen, I get free medical care!! My mother died in 2011 and her apartment is empty (she owns/owned the apartment building with 4 apartments). My brother now owns the apartment building and lives in one of them. So we will have FREE rent; I just have to pay the property taxes, which isn't that much! California is just getting too expense! No one wants to hire me, guess I'm just too old for them! LOL! Since Congress has stopped all Unemployment benefits, we have no money coming in besides my Social Security benefits. But, no, my Huz is not a Latvian, he's a U.S. citizen born in Menlo Park (south of San Francisco). We'll have enough money to travel around Europe and enjoy life better and I won't have to worry about paying the bills!

Thank You, and I was right, I am JEALOUS! :blushing:
Sounds like it will be wonderful for you and your family. Enjoy it, stay safe, and post lots of pics of your travels in Europe!
Can we make requests for vacations by proxy? There are tons of places I dream of "seeing" :seeya:

:seeya: Long time no see!

It's in the 30's here, no snow either, feels like -0- (although wind chill is above that).

Stay warm everyone!

Last I heard it was 3 above, going down below zero overnight. Schools are closed again tomorrow. Bitter cold out! I didnt get to the Dr. today, just over being sick so outside is a no no. Believe it or not we now have sunshine! It hurts our eyes LOL..honest we dont have much sun this time of the year.we still have a foot of snow with rain on top! frozen of course. Its fun driving..:floorlaugh: take care.

Niner, I am way behind. Are you moving to Latvia and where is it?

If I am in left field, sorry.

Iguess everyone left tonight, the board is acting up a bit maybe its cold! we have -10 already.I may peek in later. Just sitting here listening to the wind blow~its fierce!!

The wind has really picked up here. To think we were warmer than Alabama and Mississippi today is unbelievable.

Nore, I hope you stay warm. Did you get to your doctor's office?

Daisy, my fun flower, where are you?

So nice to see you all have been dropping in a time or two!!

I'm still at friends house but heading home soon. The stress level here is HIGH.

Tonight it'll be around 20 but will be back up to 60's - 70's Friday and Saturday.

Thanks for thinking of me, Zuri! I'm here a lot but just quiet these days.

Just went home to drip the faucets and let a stray cat stay in my room. :)

I wish this sentencing phase would open up!! I know we all do. Jodi is so childish to keep putting off the inevitable. There is no way on gods earth she will change anything, what is done is done. I think she may be hoping someone will make a mistake along the way thus helping her in an appeal. She IMO is making it worse for herself. I watched Lockup on Sunday night. This was not the one on MSNBC, this was National Geo.. They were at San Quentin. They showed Scott P. with two officers, looked like an old shot. The narrator said there are men in there who are just waiting for a shot at Scott because he is "hi profile"..
Maybe jodi should see that!! I'm bored, but I'm also tired of waiting. I know we all are. I think McNeill will be sentenced soon. Gotta peek at that.:loveyou::loveyou:

Hi, daisy :seeya:
I was wondering where you were.
We were at 40-50 degrees yesterday and now we are at 20 :scared: (and getting colder).
I'll be dripping faucets tonight, too :floorlaugh:

Sounds really good, Niner.
You look so young in those pictures you posted and your house in Riga looks lovely.

Heck we are at 9 in the Deep South. 20 will feel good after 9 degrees.

Just checkin in.

Can't sleep and it's 3.30 am. Have to be getting up at 7.30 for school as well.

I really shouldn't have napped earlier but matchsticks could not have kept my eyes open
