Considering how quickly the Schenecker trial was over I am disheartened at the state of affairs in this case. Yes, it is a death penalty case and high profile but it's been a year since JA was convicted of an especially cruel first-degree murder. Awful for us and more importantly for Travis' good and decent family.

The latest as of 5 minutes ago is that Jodi still plans on going forward with the defamation lawsuit. Haven't found an attorney yet though.

Jodi Arias Updates ‏@JodiAnnArias 19h
@timthejarhead Stuff that happens in her case is sealed at the moment. As far as Jodi, she has good and bad days. She got 70 postcards today

Jodi Arias Updates ‏@JodiAnnArias 17h
@timthejarhead @RajaRains She's surviving. She does a lot of writing. She reads up on the case. She calls people. She eats Cheez-Its.

Raja ‏@RajaRains 18h
@JodiAnnArias @timthejarhead Can we still send Jodi books or has that been put off for the time being?

Jodi Arias Updates ‏@JodiAnnArias 17h
@RajaRains @timthejarhead She can only have three at a time. I'm pretty sure she's at her max at the moment. She'd have to release one.

Nore, are you okay??? Your post did not sound good.

Looks like the Killer still has her long greasy, stringy hair.

  • #948
So it looks like JA has decided against donating her hair. jmo

She's too into herself to ever cut her hair off.

Is he sick? I wonder.:seeya:

No, I think he was probably embarrassed by the cameras, and many of us pointing out the way he sat in his chair and lumbered about.. Jodi only having three books at a time? poor little lamb..

Nore, I'm so sorry to read that you're in so much pain. I wish there was something I could do. The best I can do is add my prayers with the others.

Yes. Notice the pointy heels and short skirt. She's off to a picnic!

Sorry. I know I'm biased but I just cannot stand that woman!

In the photo with the mitigation specialist and Wilmott (obscured) that Rose posted! I think that's him! Have I lost my mind?!

ETA: Sorry, it's actually Yes or No who posted the photo.

Especially the speed and efficiency in which the judge ran the Schenecker trial compared to Arias. Start at 8:30, work to noon, back at 1:30, go to at least 5pm and sometimes later. I understand about some court business needing to be done before or after the main trial each day, but the way the Arias trial dragged on with short hours, 3 and 4-day weeks, lots of breaks, and now these endless delays is maddening. After all this time, the judge should not need weeks or months to make a decision on the CNN filing. Nuts.
