It would not surprise me to learn the media got it wrong .... again. Fact checking has gone the same way as spellcheck with media reports

(Forgive my spelling errors ... I blame it on poor vision troubles :floorlaugh: )

I can only shake my head if any juror believes that JA's ability to draw and cut off her hair are sufficient reasons to keep her alive.

At least I'm able to laugh while reading this funny and brilliant post on 'What's a dem@n gotta do to be executed these days.'

http://eggtreenews.wordpress.com/2013/05/

I remember that article. Eggtree is so funny. :floorlaugh:

Don't you remember the foreman? Listen to what he said about her mitigating factors :stormingmad: He believed some of her bull:

Jodi Arias Trial Jury Foreman Interview William Zervakos Says Jury 'Couldn't Get Emotional' Video - YouTube

Here's more on the jurors- some who didn't believe the bull (same video as I posted , but a little longer):

Dr Drew 06-03-13 First Segment Jodi Arias Juror Thoughts - YouTube

In the retrial, the mitigating factors will be the most important "factor" in the outcome of the trial, IMO. She's already convicted of M1 and "especially heinous", so what else is left- mitigating factors, IMO.

Since we know some jurors may believe that missy :jail: should live, I think the odds of her getting LWOP are 50-50 right now. 4 previous jurors did believe some of her mitigating bull. I seriously think she should get rid of those "survivor" shirts if she wants to live and get some of her family to plead for her (even tho' JM will rip the "abused/neglected childhood" to shreds, IMO- that would be something to see.).

Just my..:twocents:

Now if I had the ability to draw I'd draw a picture of her in front of a fence, police in place and firing squad poised for action. :floorlaugh:all I'd have to do is picture Travis lying in the shower with his throat slit 9 days after it happened. I wouldnt be able to contain myself waiting to write my vote!
She is ch*t on a stick to me!
On a happier note I havent slept yet, watching a TCM. so old Clark Gable doesnt have a mustache :floorlaugh: Jean Harlow, she died soon afterward from uremic poisoning. Stu Erwin.. played many father roles. One on tv. I think The Stu Erwin Show in 50;s.. This picture made in '33. almost as old as me!!:drumroll:..Oh well back to bed and the movie..:loveyou:

Last night when I was out on the little back porch, smoking a ciggy, a big bug started to bombard me and I ran inside, Well, it seems the big bug followed me inside- continuing to bombard me as I ran. :scared: :floorlaugh:

I thought that I successfully shooed it back out, but when I was at my computer a little later, The Queen started to bark at something. The BIG bug (and it was as big as a quarter :scared:) was flying around the dining area (which is outside my bedroom). I called for help, but we couldn't manage to swat the :rage: bug and then it disappeared. My son said to just ignore it. :scared:

I shut my bedroom door, so it couldn't come in and thought I was safe.
Well, I wasn't because when I was laying in bed, both The Queen and I heard something hitting the bedroom wall behind my head and we both jumped out of bed. :floorlaugh: It was the :rage: bug, flying around. That %$&% bug somehow managed to fly into my room (before I shut the door!! :scared:).

I did manage to swat it to the floor and spray it with bug spray , while screaming for my son. :scared::scared:..That bug didn't die right away and I had my son flush it down the toilet. :floorlaugh: and he washed the floor that had the residue bug spray on it (didn't want The Queen to step in it).

So much excitement at 12:00. :floorlaugh:

I hate bugs. :furious:

I am watching it right now, Nore. :floorlaugh:
It's called Hold Your Man.
He's still handsome- with or without his mustache. :heartbeat:

Gotta eat some breakfast.
See you later. :seeya:

I LOVE "Pretend you don't see her"!
The scene in Goodfellas got me hooked on it, but the words made me love it.
So sad

Hi Y/N I think 140.00 is about 250.00 U.S. the way it changes for both countries dont hold me to it. My friend lives on Foxhouse Lane, near "The Red House", a pub. In the middle of Sept. here, Dennis went no where without his bumbershoot!! it rains there sooo much. He said he never left the house without it. The stairs! you mean those things that get you from one floor to another? Right now I couldn't use them if the house was on fire! haven't been in the basement for years. Honest! I cant leave my family. I am too sentimental, would cost a fortune to move my caskets. Seriously a friend of ours lived in Virginia a few years (army) they loved it there. Said if they ever moved it would be there. I liked N.M.. but my boxes again! (dont have my car yet)...:tantrum::please:
----P/S. my friend Pat has three bedrooms on 2nd. floor. I saw the out side on google, it's an attach ed house they dont have basements. Cozy little houses. I dont mind wallpaper in a bedroom if its not too busy! maybe just a couple of flowers. I have Sanitas on one wall in my kitchen. Makes the room look bigger. Boy I could sure use a break from snow and bitter cold! our peonies havent even bloomed yet, they say fruit trees are gone...

BBM Sanitas!! :floorlaugh::floorlaugh: I haven't heard that word in years. My mother had sanitas in her dining area , off the kitchen (easy to wash the walls). It was an "English Ivy" pattern- looked a little like this, but not as many leaves and the background was white (and , of course, it had ivy :floorlaugh:):

My peonies haven't bloomed either. :(
But my lilacs are starting to bloom. :)

Godfather Luna Mezz 'O Mare - YouTube

I love The Godfather movies- especially Part 2 with Robert De Niro as the young Vito Corleone. I even love Part 3 (and no one seems to like that one- don't know why???). I watch the whole series on Thanksgiving while I'm cooking dinner (takes all day to cook :floorlaugh:)- "Thanksgiving with my Godfather" , as AMC likes to say. :floorlaugh:

You forgot Lou Monte's famous song: :floorlaugh:

Lou Monte - Pepino the Italian mouse - YouTube

He's so funny, but Che La Luna Mezzo Mare is a little raunchy in some parts- for Italians :blushing: (when he sings "O Mamma, piscia fritta baccala").

Junebug??? I had to Google and ,YES, that's it. Never saw one before.
But it's not June!!!

If that Junebug was looking for love :blushing:, he won't find it with me. :floorlaugh: No bug is safe in my house with me (except spiders- those I capture in a glass and deposit outside- they eat other bugs- good spidey :floorlaugh:). I'm a murderer when it comes to bugs in my house. "Stay outside, where you belong, and you will live". :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I have many secrets, but I won't tell.

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

:floorlaugh: laughing about your encounter with the June bug YesorNo :scared: Me too, :scared: I call my Huz to kill them bugs!! And yes, spiders eat the other bugs - he captures them and let's them outside for me! :floorlaugh:

I remember the Stu Erwin Show - "The Trouble with Father" Nore!! ;) Remember "I Married Joan" - starring Joan Davis and Jim Backus? Loved that one!

Looks like rain later today... need to go get my Lotto numbers before than!! Oh, I've started driving again - so that's good! I think the Huz was getting tried to driving me around!

Take care everyone! :seeya:

Disgusting!!!

Adilia and I watched The Godfather everyday (yesterday was the third anniversary of her death), and she'd translate for my every time. She told me the song was about a new virgin bride and they were to hang the sheets out of the window the next morning for all to see that she was a good girl. She said many good girls took chicken blood along with her to show what a good girl she was. It has a double meaning and is quite risque in the Italian. She'd also show me what the hand gestures (like the finger, but worse) meant. I still have her journals that I need to sit down and translate. I have a book and it will take forever. They go back to when she was a young girl.

I think that is the devil bug; it starts around the four minute mark.

Oh my, watching that juror makes my blood boil. We, here on Websleuths, are reasonable, kind, intelligent and compassionate but I don't think most of us would find it hard to witness JA's execution in person. What is wrong with that juror? It is scary that some of the most *unusual* people who have no interest in world affairs or perhaps have a hidden agenda end up serving on juries. :banghead:

I think Jodi is growing her hair so she can cut it off just prior to her allocution #2 or perhaps she'll bring a pair of scissors and chop it all off right there in front of the jury? Who would want her hair? I freak out just thinking of all those poor customers who were served by her in restaurants soon after she murdered Travis. :scared:

As much as I just loathe her I do wonder whether she is capable of remorse? Is there no way that she will ever confess and feel remorse? I'm religious so I'm just wondering if such a miracle is possible? I almost feel sorry for her BECAUSE she is so evil. She is the human (well, almost human) incarnation of pure evil. She has nothing good on her side. How scary to live like that! How I wish she would confess that she murdered an innocent man. I've always been a dreamer and I'd like to believe that even the darkest of dark forces can see the light and change thanks to Divine Intervention. I hope I don't have rotten eggs thrown at me for these thoughts! :scared::please:

BBM Why don't you just go to Google Translate and type in the journal entries and it will translate from Italian to English? Might be faster than looking up the words in a translation book, IMO.

Devil Bug

My mother told me about the tradition of the "hanging of the sheets", (they did it when she married my father ).

It is to ‘hang out a blood-stained sheet’ after the first wedding night to prove virginity to a husband, relatives and neighbors. Italians tend to think virginity is something very sacred and only for a woman's husband to take. A woman cannot be "broken" :blushing: before marriage. That would be sacrilegious and she would be deemed a "donna cattiva" or a "putan" or is it "butan" (can't remember) :scared:? - (bad, fallen woman). I don't think they do the sheet thing anymore in Italy. :floorlaugh:

And yes, Italians always talk with their hands and sometimes what the hands are saying is not nice. :floorlaugh:

BBM We don't throw eggs at anyone for their opinion on The Sidebar. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and if anyone does throw an egg, you could just throw one back at them. :snowball: (not an egg, but just as effective. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:)

I don't think she will ever have/feel remorse because, in her twisted , manipulating, coo-coo mind, she believes all the bull she spouts to the world, IMO, and the funny thing is, so do some other people. :aktion1: That's really scary to me. :scared: To think that others think just like her is :ohwow:....:okay: But who knows- maybe after all is said and done for her, and she's been sitting in prison for years and years, she might have some kind of revelation and seek forgiveness for murdering Travis- who was innocent of everything she has said about him. Nothing is impossible, I guess, and "never say never" (or so "they " say)- and all that baloney :floorlaugh:).

I think I'm having an embolism and if you don't want one, don't go looking at the Cayley Sidebar and read posts 1087 and 1100 (pg. 44) with articles on Cheney Mason.

I don't know why I go there sometimes to read and get all :stormingmad:. I just should never go there and :ignore:. :banghead::banghead:

And I don't know why I don't believe anything that man says- no matter what he's spouting off about. :banghead::banghead:
