Holy smokes!!! I've been out of any courtroom action for so long that I didn't even know that JA had a hearing today.
If she represents herself I have a feeling she will demand face time in the form of camera's being in the courtroom. Ohhh how I hope I'm right cuz I want to see her put the noose around her own neck. As far as the last execution, you can bet the guy didn't feel a thing and that is too bad cuz he should have been given exactly what he gave out. if you've ever had surgery you will know what it's like to be put under and that is what happens to DR inmates.

I think her little plan is, if she can get less than the death penalty, she'll use that in her appeal of ineffectual counsel for the guilty verdict and try to win a new trial. We may never see the end of her in a courtroom.

Edit: Sorry, docket schedule didn't come through.

Nothing on the 8th has been scheduled, hearing on 13th. Trial is 9/8 though.
