I didn't know much about Jeffrey Dahmer until recently. It's interesting that he too was diagnosed with BPD. Seems like JA beat him and many others in the categories of 'arrogance' and 'lack of remorse'. I wonder what she would have done had she been given all the time in the world post-murder. What would she have done to Travis' body I wonder. Who would have been her next victim? I hope this Judge realizes that if Arias is ever let out of prison then there most certainly will be a bloodbath. It would be an understatement to say that Arias poses a clear and ever-present danger to society.

She started to get very still around four, and then about every ten to fifteen
minutes she puts one leg back to brace herself, I guess, and pushes. You'd think the camera was off, but then you see a fly buzzing around. I don't have any idea how long a giraffe's labor is.

Looked up an answer . Labor can last only an hour or up to several days...same range as human labor. What I read also said its really important for other female giraffes to be there during the birth. Does she have giraffe company?

I just realized there is a More Cam drop down menu up at the top that lets you switch to the giraffe paddock. She's doing a lot of pacing, though, so you end up doing a lot of switching back and forth.

Thanks, do you know if giraffes are more likely to give birth indoors or outside? Do the animal doctors help or leave her to do it on her own? I'm a newbie at this. lol

Whatever it is you're suffering from keeping positive isn't good enough. Laughing your :butthead: off is. When I was going through cancer treatments ten years ago I laughed a lot. Comedy = Tragedy + Time. My timeline from Tragedy to funny was about five minutes. I'm more of a smart :butthead: than most people so joking about it was fun. Cancer cells hate being laughed at so much that they'll leave in a huff. Mine have been gone for ten years. I must have really embarrassed them because they haven't been back since then.



Too true. If JA doesn't get the death penalty at least her trial should be very entertaining. Especially if she tries to represent herself.

Jodi - You see ladies and gentleman of the jury. The pictures of the crime scene were, just simply, the result of ONE really bad episode of emotional frailty. I don't even know how I was convicted in the first place. It's just making me more frail, I really need some good news about now.




Does anyone else here think that Nurmi is furiously working on making a time machine? I bet that man wants to go back and stop himself from getting on this case in the first place, DESPERATELY. JMO

We've had a strange day. Several nights ago Anna told me that seen amy sister had found a man up under their carport up by the gate , when she'd drive in six times in the last week, and Anna called LE and they told her to come and make a report,

So this morning dh went to pick Anna up to drop off Eva (Anna's dog) at our house and she tells her daddy that is the man and pointed to a man walking up the street on their side , and when he saw my dh he crossed to the other side and walked on by. DH followed , stop and took his picture and the guy walked off, and dh pulled into the police parking lot (they live just around the corner) and the guy walked over and told dh that he couldn't take his picture and to stop.

So dh tells him nope he's in the public, and the guy says he'll make a complaint, and dh husband says right this way and walks to the door (which isn't open, and that is another story) and one officer came out and asked what's going on and dh tells him , and the man went into a routine of it's hot and he wanted to get out of the sun, and it should be no problem, DH told the officer that this was at night around the time Anna came home from work, (even sitting on her car the last time they saw him Wednesday night) and there is a park on the other side of the street and Anna wanted to file criminal trespass and what could be considered stalking, then a second office comes out ask what's going on and then says to the man "how's things going between you and your girlfriend?" , apparently his girlfriend has called 911 before, and asks if he still lives at and mentions a street nearby.

So he again tells the second officer (he'd never made it as websleuths) that he's been inside of the carport ( I told dh good he just admitted to being on the property, no having to prove it) only to get out of the sun, Anna tells the 2nd officer that it was dark all times, and she wasn't comfortable, so as this is going on the second office it typing in his thingy that they use to write a ticket and ask the man to look at him and takes his picture, then tells Anna that she needs to tell him that is he not welcome on or near her property, and she does, then Anna is asked to sign the paper and the second officer ask the man if he understands and to sign acknowledging that he'd been giving a criminal trespass warning, and he would be arrested if seen there again.

So Anna's moving home September fifth. She was a few months ago, but promised my sister she'd stay six more months, and it hit me harder than I thought it would. And I'm thankful to y'all for for the kind words that night.

Wow Pages. This is awful. I hate she is waiting until September. They sell guns for that!! JMO.

Niner, if the MRI, CT and US have all been negative for findings, that is a good thing right? Is your lump on your femoral artery or in the tissue to one side or the other? Do they think it is a lymph node?

Yes, they did mention my femoral artery - check to see if I had a blood clot there - but none found!! And my other doctor did mention it might be a lymph node swollen - but the other doctor scheduled all these tests for me - yes, good that there are negative findings!!

Ok, guys, you've got me watching the giraffe cam! I saw the cutest thing a while ago. She was peeing and her tail touched the ground. A little black cat came over and attacked it and played with it for the duration. She didn't flinch. Has anyone seen this before?

It's the "Sidebar", pretty much anything is OK to post here, but any updates, motions, rulings, etc. are posted here as they come up. When the trial starts up again, the Mods open a thread specifically for that.
This is the place some of us came when the trial thread was shut down after each day of the trial. It's remained open for us to just chill, catch up with each other, laugh, find support, etc., etc.

I'm a newbie myself! I don't know the answer to your questions. My guess is they try to get her inside and probably have someone very close by if not with her. This zoo is very interesting because it looks like they keep the interaction with humans to a minimum. All the doors open and close electronically I noticed, and they only clean up and put in new food when the pen is empty.

ETA: Is in only me, or do others wish that Twelvefold.com would either get a new ad in English as opposed to some kind of incomprehensible computer jargon, or would just go out of business?

Yes & No, I just finished watching both of the in jail interviews from last year. The killer's traveling eye kept my attention. Her right eye rolling over to her nose. Is it possible that she is such a habitual liar that her eye takes the path of least resistance and always shifts to the left, which to most body language experts indicates lying? It may have become an automatic reflex to the lie. That would be rich.

Autumn gave birth to her first calf in 2012 in the pen and alone. I think they allow her to venture in and out during the day so she can interact with friends and family but she is inside at night. The 2012 birth is in the cam Archives.

Just watched the Ryan Owens interview again. He was awesome, not buying a word she said. I am still amazed at how she can sit there and lie with a straight face and think the world is going to bow at her feet. She really is like Ted Bundy.
