I don't get why the witnesses want the broadcasting of the trial delayed. If they come across like ALV, for example, a delayed airing isn't really going to save them. There's plenty of interest in this trial and lots of people will be watching it on YouTube after the verdict. Maybe not as much as they would live, but there will still be enough that whatever the witnesses say will be part of the public discussion.

Has your doc suggested saline sinus spray, Ricki? Mine finally did and I got more relief from that than all the antibiotics that were prescribed over a year or more to kill a deep sinal infection that drugs barely touched.

I do believe Jodi has a constitutional right to make a fool of herself. She's done so well within the public view. Keeping cameras out of the courtroom will never change that. And what difference does it make if witnesses are viewed in real time, end of the day, or at the end of the trial. The public will still know who they are. That makes no sense. Plus, if you receive a subpoena you have to show up. jmo

It's possible the killer is seething because she didn't get her ex parte with the judge and Nurmi made that remark--that he was saving her from herself. So she refuses to take part as she sulks?

At this point it really does sound more like Nurmi's effort to hammer down the meme that Juan is an intimidating bully of a prosecutor like H4M said. I don't even see how the court cameras will save Jodi from herself. She'll still be free to talk to reporters (wait, scratch that. Arpaio has put a stop to that).

I still maintain we are a go for the 29th. Judge is really cracking the whip these days. No ex parte?! She is so over Jodi.

You're welcome MsJosie, I saw my reg. doc for over a year and then an ENT for at least that long and nothing killed the stubborn infection until I started using the saline nasal spray. Now I use it as a pre-emptive, whenever I start feeling that discomfort up there or one of my ears starts blocking sound I use it twice a day for a couple days and all better. I really hope you find relief, I know just how hard it is to deal with an infection that won't die.
