I have been donating to St, Jude for many years, I make a donation every month, not once in any letter has there ever been a mention of the amount donated . I'm wondering if this is just all BS. More lies from CMJA.

I personally would be gratified if you did grammie, this is nothing more than something she can parade in front of the jury to show what an 'upstanding, generous, caring and remorseful' individual she is - she has never once expressed true remorse for the abject violence she committed upon Travis, in word and deed - how dare her call him a pedophile and then donate to a children's fund in his name?! Oh someone let me smack her in the chops, pleease.

My dear, of all the kinds of charities she could have chosen to insult our intelligence with, do you really think its accidental or coicindental that she chose a children's charity? So not.

It was entirely on purpose, to link Travis to pedophilia yet again. I'm bracing for her allocution where she'll say something like...and I will continue donating to children's charities, in Travis' name, because I know he doesn't want to remembered for his dark side, his pedophilia. This way he'll be remembered for doing something positive for children.

Its the least I can do for him, after being forced to tell the world what he wanted most to keep hidden.

There are likely $ thresholds that trigger different responses. $900 warrants a form letter. A $100,000 gift might get Marlo on the phone. A million dollar gift would make Marlo a best friend for a few weeks.

Yes - this! This is the first thing that popped into my mind, but I don't think she will present it as wanting Travis to be remembered for doing something positive for children. I think she will do everything in her power to emphasize Travis the pedophile to the jury and how she is trying to make amends for his pedophilia (because in her crazy calculating mind she is without flaw and surely the jury will see this).

The letter from St. Jude indicates that a special card would be sent to acknowledge the donation in Travis' name. TO WHO??!! I really hope she is not so evil that she provided an address for someone in Travis' family so that one of them would be the recipient of the card.

Lol. He would be sitting there fantasizing about it for sure. But he already knows she's going to double down on destroying Travis' name, IMO. That right there is the irreconcilable difference in strategy.

Nurmi knows if she goes large on the pedophilia the jury will likely hate her and go for the DP.

CMJA thinks she can persuade at least one juror that Travis was vile and deserved to die. She believes that herself, IMO, just not for the same reasons she'll be trying to sell the jury.
