Is this really the best the mitigation specialist could do .. I think it's pathetic, there is plenty they could have said in mitigation .. like how Jodi developed a PD unchecked, how this affected her ability to hold down a job, friends, a relationship .. how she struggled, how she failed to understand what to do .. how about the fact Jodi moved out of home so young, and was allowed to move in with her boyfriend at this stage .. left to her own devices, struggling to made enough money to support herself, uneducated .. confused .. and warped .. on she plod, lurching herself from one disaster to the next, with no comprehension of boundaries, no close girlfriends to set her straight, etc etc etc .. anyway you get the gist .. I mean I'm sure of us could come up with strategies for mitigation, but as per usual in this case the people on her team refuse to address the obvious, or are letting Jodi (with her PD) get in the way of her own defence.
Slightly disturbing to me .. ever since Nurmi said he didn't like JA 9 days out of 10, I like Nurmi! His waffling no longer bothers me, and I have become 'fond' of him. :scared: Oh and ever since the interview with Troy Hayden and Wilmott's freaked out body language towards the defendant, I like her too, but not as much as I like Nurmi .. also I think Nurmi and Juan are going to sit down after this trial and have a great old chat about all the twists and turns.
