This is my Nicky. Crazy Jack Russell Terrier, but the :luv: of my life. He turns 10 in July.

She was in another rental and the knives were found in the bottom of boxes filled with books. The gun was not located immediately but later found taped inside the engine compartment AFTER it had been returned to the rental agency.

Wasn't she in another rental car too when that stuff was found?

wendy Murphy on HLN.." she ( Ja) can proclaim to be the second coming of Christ...She will get the DP". JVM speechless and went into comercial...

I've always thought the person most like JA was Diane Downs.

I'm skeptical of the gang thing. The minute they caught her playing her usual games, they would have chopped her up into multiple pieces.

She looked like a chola wanabe when she was younger. Not hardcore but influenced.

She's unbelievable. We'll probably have to suffer through listening to more grandiose declarations about her being comparable to a Monét, a Picasso, or an Einstein. Noooo!

I liked the idea of someone who posted that as soon as she gets up to speak, everyone begins to write/doodle/read - whatever - and never even looks in her direction! Now THAT would be awesome! Unfortunately, with the class the Alexanders have shown thus far, I doubt that will happen...but I sure as hell wish they'd at least CONSIDER IT!

She's amazing...if you never heard her on Tricia's radio show, well I can say is she blew my dang mind!

Small town. Teachers who are oblivious. New friend of my son. See him on playground after school, crying hysterically. Ask- what's wrong? Answer... I accidentally hurt someone so bad he just got taken away in an ambulance. But, there is no ambulance, which I say to him 3 times, and he replies 3 times, yes there was. Then he says... my mother is going to punish me so bad for this. I say, whatever happened, I'm sure it was an accident and your mom will understand. He says, you don't know my mom (which is true), then says, she is going to beat me so bad. I ask-- you mean spank you, right? And he said, no, she beats me. Then cried more.

He's come over to our house 3 times since, and each time I have seen more and more subtle signs of what I'm pretty sure is emotional abuse. I've never seen bruises or broken anything, but don't think that is necessary before someone needs to worry about this child.

Experience with this, please?

OK here's what I did in similar circumstance .. but it was after hearing a lot of small town gossip .. I fake befriended the mom. Saw something in the house, reported it .. then 'accidently' betrayed the mom on something else, so she defriended me .. oldest child taken away and put into foster care, she moves state with two younger ones, oldest child and new foster parents reported her until she lost custody of them too. Fake friending her was a pain, but short term losses long term gains and all that. Didn't say a word, never blew my cover, still haven't .. until here.

I'm trying the paperclip thingy and it's not working. I have no idea what I'm doing :floorlaugh:

Here's my favorite pet naming story (I may have posted it before).

Some friends moved into a nice neighborhood in DC. Their new neighbors had a cat named Brie. So they named their dog Velveeta.

:floorlaugh:

but yet adorable <3

Sigh. My canine Einstein is outside at the back gate, barking his head off, and apparently wagging his tail because there is a very loud drumming noise off the garbage can. Better go move it. BRB

I know my Normie is having fun with your Sammy on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge, Sunny. So sorry for your loss.

I was not going to post this but when I saw Rainbow Bridge I decided to..
I lost my little Bonnie/Barny Wednesday. The Bonnie/Barny is because I recently found out from my neighbor Bonnie's name was Barny because she was born in a barn. I still have my Frankie and Monkey Cat, but how I miss my Bonnie, never be another like her. P.S. They are all cats.

Is this really the best the mitigation specialist could do .. I think it's pathetic, there is plenty they could have said in mitigation .. like how Jodi developed a PD unchecked, how this affected her ability to hold down a job, friends, a relationship .. how she struggled, how she failed to understand what to do .. how about the fact Jodi moved out of home so young, and was allowed to move in with her boyfriend at this stage .. left to her own devices, struggling to made enough money to support herself, uneducated .. confused .. and warped .. on she plod, lurching herself from one disaster to the next, with no comprehension of boundaries, no close girlfriends to set her straight, etc etc etc .. anyway you get the gist .. I mean I'm sure of us could come up with strategies for mitigation, but as per usual in this case the people on her team refuse to address the obvious, or are letting Jodi (with her PD) get in the way of her own defence.

Slightly disturbing to me .. ever since Nurmi said he didn't like JA 9 days out of 10, I like Nurmi! His waffling no longer bothers me, and I have become 'fond' of him. :scared: Oh and ever since the interview with Troy Hayden and Wilmott's freaked out body language towards the defendant, I like her too, but not as much as I like Nurmi .. also I think Nurmi and Juan are going to sit down after this trial and have a great old chat about all the twists and turns.

:bricks:

There's only so much you can do, when your client is a narcissist and Anti Social PD. Not going to add BPD even though it's there, just because there's many who struggle and keep their BPD in check. CMja won't ever ADMIT to having "mental issues" because she truly believes she's "normal". JMO
