I did little more than sit on websleuths and twitter today....with some cleaning and arranging my fantasy football rosters. So...productive...not really

4:14 Flores continues to identify photos from the bathroom. The hall to the bedroom is 12’6″ on one side and 11’4″ on the other (where the closet is). (This is the hall Arias dragged Travis down after slitting his throat. She shoved him in the shower and had to make a fairly quick getaway since one of the roommates was due home around 6-6:30. Remember–the accidental photos during the murder were at 5:32 pm. She still had to delete the photos and put the camera and clothes in the washer.)

4:10 “Wicking action” on the box of paper in the bathroom closet shows how blood diluted by water was soaked up by the box. (It indicates the floor was wet–Arias probably tried to clean up.) Now a close up of the shell casing on top of blood. There’s no blood on the casing which Flores says indicates the blood was on the floor first and the casing was deposited after.

4:08 Flores continues to go through photos of the right sink and the various blood patterns.

4:33 Martinez defends his position. He stipulates the recording is authentic; he challenges that the Helio phone was actually “stolen” as Arias said. Martinez says he didn’t object to the admission of the recording which is different from a stipulation. But Nurmi says it was a stipulation. They are now at sidebar.
4:27 End of direct of Flores. Recess for the day. Day 2 begins at 9:3o am tomorrow/12:30 p.m. ET. Martinez wants to call the ME in the morning–there are scheduling issues. Nurmi objects and wants to cross Flores before the ME testifies. Nurmi can’t estimate how long his cross will be. Horn is to be about 2 hours on the stand and Nathan Mendes (who’s coming from California) will be about 1.5 hours. Flores will be recalled later in the case by the state regardless of when the cross takes place. Judge will allow the state to call witnesses out of order. Cross of Flores will be late tomorrow or Thursday. Nurmi: as to the Helio phone issue, all the evidence from first trial is admitted at this trial. Nurmi doesn’t want the state to continue to challenge the authenticity of the tape that the state stipulated to at the first trial (the sex tape). He knows it’s authentic and now wants to take issue with it. We want him to be precluded from continuing to challenge it or we will call him as a witness and argue that the County Attorney’s office should be off the case.
4:25 These photos are horrific. I know I’ve seen them before but I’ll never be desensitized to them. This was such a vicious attack.

Bad day at the Docs...........in a nutshell:

Get there at 12:43 for my 12:45 appointment.:thinking:
Wait.

Ok, 20 minutes in, and I'm getting hypersensitive to the florescent lights.:tantrum:
At 30 minutes, have to tell the receptionist I'll be outside, lights are driving me nuts!
45 minutes, a "sub" doc gets me from outside, my new doc sprained her ankle (It gets better, word at the "other" campus says she popped her knee out of socket):scared:
Now there's a cop out on the street in his patrol car, circling around an individual named Jarrod, who has walked away from Haddon House, looking for his Doc and his shot. Jarrod has been AWOL for about 30 minutes.:happydance:
"Sub" doc goes out to get Jarrod, he's not having anything to do with it!:gaah:
2:00 "Sub" doc returns and we get down to business, all 9 minutes of what was supposed to be an hour. :facepalm:

Go to the other "campus" to talk to my case manager.......
New format for yearly Patient evaluation............Gawd have mercy!!!!!
"No, yes, no, no, what does confinement mean, yes, yes", etc., etc.

Got home at 4:30.

I will be here tomorrow. Maybe Lambchop can give us an idea on how we can post tweets w/o getting in trouble on the Sidebar for all of you who have limited bandwidth on their computers......say like from one specific source or the "highlights"? Dish talks about "other ways" to watch!!!
Sure, some can watch on their computers, but I can't because of the BW AND my satellite provider for the internet is a subsidiary of Dish!

Interesting, we've had some cable channels cancelled as well, because Suddenlink couldn't come to an agreement with Viacom. The channels affected from what I recall are MTV, VH1, and, ahhemmmm.... TVLand... Really!!!? Considering that of those channels, TVLand is the one we most watch. :maddening: Anyway, I get where you're coming from YorN. Especially since... guess what, Surprise, Surprise !.... Suddenlink hasn't lowered our monthly rates ! .... HaHa, who are we kidding, right ? :censored:

Yup- no Turner channels for me.

I called Dish today and she offered me $5 off per month for 6 months because I can't watch my favorite channels. Or she would give me free Encore and some sports station.
I told her I wanted my channels!!!!!
They don't know when a contract will be signed with Turner.
She didn't even know about this problem until people started calling and complaining.
I told her to tell her boss that if this goes on too long, I will definitely cancel them (I no longer have a contact with them )
