What happened to dropping camera, line backer pose, and running through the closet to grab gun ? What's going on here- how can he just change the defense story? Is he taking lessons from Baez? Pfttt.

I suppose since the jury never heard the claims made at the guilt phase the whole story can be changed now, since they will not know to question why the change?

That's one of the main things that bothers me about redoing part of a trial...with a whole new jury...who didn't hear what went down the first time. Yeah, they get a mini-version now but so much will be left out that it leaves a good portion of what they are hearing out of context. IMO.

2014 - same ole same ole in Jodi Arias re trial. Nurmi jumps the gun and accuses juror of misconduct, but the juror was #17 from last years trial.

OK, the "who farted" face is great and all... but the handcuff necklace scares me a little. Does she wear the all the time? Is she into bondage?

BBM Someone gave her the handcuff necklace as a gift (can't remember who right now).

I like NG- she's just "acting" like a over-the-top person- her persona, if you will- on the TV because that's what brings the audience to her shows, IMO.
She loves her children very much- she's always talking about "the twins" and she does bring the news to us about missing children, people, etc.

Has it been confirmed that Juror 17 issue was a misunderstanding? People are saying it was old news about Juror 17 from the guilt phase, and someone misconstrued and thought it was the current Juror 17. Sounds plausible. If that's what happened, then court adjourned early for some unrelated reason.

Well, from Retrial thread, Juror 17 Tara Kelly is supposed to be on Dr. Drew tonight. That is the alternate from the first trial! Not sure if true, but sounds like someone he would have. Katie Wick was on either last night or night before (didn't see either)

Yeah, I think Monica and I could look at exactly the same thing and both see it differently. No matter what it was.

IDK, I guess I am jaded by so often seeing killers be coddled and afforded rights that law-abiding citizens do not have...or killers and rapists and stalkers often doing less time than someone who, say, writes a bad check. I accept that everyone is entitled to a defense but my idea of that is to be sure the person is not railroaded in some way. I do not see it, ever, as their having a right to get away with their crimes by way of a defense consisting of lies. So with that, I will likely always take the side of the one who fights for the victim. That does, by the way, include those who are wrongly accused and especially those wrongly convicted. But for all intents and purpose I am pro-victim and anti-perpetrator.

Remember earlier this morning WAT was saying what color she was wearing, and a few minutes she tweeted or texted, what the real color was? I believed he called it one color and she said it was Fuchsia.

Far more interesting than it is now!

Seriously, difference of opinion is not a bad thing but on that show and others like it, they aren't even stating their opinion half the time--they are saying what they are paid to say. And sometimes what they are paid to say is incredibly stupid. IMO.
