Great weather here - suppose to be 75 here; but RAIN on Friday and Saturday!! :skip: we really need it here!

Scary day last Friday, when we had two Deputy Sheriffs killed... one in Sacramento county and the other up here in Placer county! RIP gentlemen! :tears: we had 5 helicopters all over the place and the Huz was watching the railroad tracks behind our house, as the news said he (the shooter) "might" be going down the tracks!! Thank goodness they found him in a home behind the high school, which of course, was locked down. And now the poor homeowner has to pay for the clean up of her house - all windows broken from the tear gas canisters and just a lot destruction in her house... that doesn't seem to be right!! :notgood:

Hope you all enjoy your day - see you here tomorrow for the mitigation phase to start!

Thanks for the sweet birthday wish. Gee, that was a scary day. I always hear about things like this and the homeowner having to pay. Doesn't sound right to me.

This is hysterical and provided a much needed and appreciated laugh!! I'm new here so have no idea who Buffy is, but in a wonderful way it makes the laugh so much more colorful because I can use any animal/human to represent your Buffy. Thanks!!

Hey everyone, I am going offline for awhile. Been having bad pain in my back and neck and shoulder today. Went to physical therapy and it helped until I left. Lol. Physical therapist said it's a pinched nerve in my neck and the muscles are in a spasm in my shoulder. I tried Aleve and moist heat and even took a nap. I am about in tears now. I guess it is stress from my grandsons death. I miss him and my sister and my grandson who died last March. Just too much.

i am sorry....just needed to vent. Thanks to everyone for the jokes, the pictures, the posts, everything. WS is so neat because we come from all walks of life with differing opinions but we all want justice for those who have been mistreated, maligned, murdered.

May the Lord bless Travis's family with peace and justice.
