So sad to know Stephen and his wife actually divorced. This has taken such a toll on Travis' family. Very impactful statements from Tanisha and Stephen today. Hard not to be emotional along with them.

Jodi Arias Morning Session: Victim Impact Statements, Then All Hell Broke Loose

"...Major drama when everyone returned. First they seemed to want to kick out the pool photographer. Then it was all the media. Media demanded legal counsel. The theory is that Jodi wants to testify without the media present. That is ********. Take your fugly murderous and get on the stand. That is just a theory, not fact yet, but is being reported as such. There has literally been half an hour of sidebar and confusion and going in to chambers. Probably, closer to an hour, now. We think the judge has gone to consult about the legality of this potential situation.

While we wait, I should point out that when the proceedings started this morning the public information officer had words with the pool still photographer. We thought he was being asked not to photo the Alexander family during impact statements. But he did. Now it seems it pertained to Jodi. Still no judge. Media lawyers have shown up to have the requisite hissyfit if they try to toss them..."

I wonder if "media" is someone with a "media badge" or if the court is going to restrict all cell phones?

Talk about a circus.

Even peeps who have testified against the Mafia didn't get a "no media" judgement. And they clearly had death threats hanging over them.

The only reason I can see someone NOT wanting to be "known" is because they are going to be lying through their teeth.

This is how I felt while reading the tweets the last two hours :rollercoaster: :hanging: :waiting:

I suspect that this next mystery witness is CMJA. I find it particularly annoying that she thinks she can control the entire judicial process. She willingly chose to murder a man in cold blood and now she wants her privacy? yeah..no. :notgood:

I haven't posted much this time around. I am following along daily though and have become a member of Beth's site as I have always enjoyed her insight on trials.

Thank you Bernina for all the tweets, I can't tell you how much I appreciate reading them all in one place. So a big :tyou: to you.
