Hey everyone, Good morning, so it's for sure this witness is a defense witness? If so, could it be the person that was in the car with Gus Searcy? The one he wouldn't name?

She still has a slight cross. It's more pronounced when she's tired.

They do a very easy surgery to correct it-my sister had it done in the '60s. The surgery can still leave you with a slight cross, especially when tired, as you said-my sister has the same issue when she's tired.

I love the way Juan Martinez walks around while he's talking with his hands in his pockets, very relaxed and confident. I would pick Al Pacino to play Juan ]Martinez.

BBM Nice pick- I would pick Andy Garcia. (He played Vincent in the Godfather 111 movie):

His real name is Andrés Arturo García Menéndez:

In the Godfather movie:

Halloween:

A bald man with a wooden leg
is invited to a Halloween party.
He doesn't know what costume
to wear to hide his head and his
leg so he writes to a costume
company to explain his problem.

A few days later, he received a
parcel with the following note:

Dear Sir,
Please find enclosed a pirate's
outfit. The spotted handkerchief
will cover your bald head and, with
your wooden leg, you will be just
right as a pirate.

Very truly yours,
Acme Costume Co.

The man thinks this is terrible
because they have emphasized
his wooden leg and so he writes
a letter of complaint. A week goes
by and he receives another parcel
and a note, which says:

Dear Sir,
Please find enclosed a monk's habit.
The long robe will cover your Wooden
leg and, with your bald head, you will
really look the part.

Very truly yours,
Acme Costume Co.

Now the man is really upset since
they have gone from emphasizing
his wooden leg to emphasizing his
bald head so again he writes the
company another nasty letter of
complaint.
A few day's later he gets a small parcel
and a note, which reads:

Dear Sir,
Please find enclosed a bottle of
molasses and a bag of crushed nuts.
Pour the molasses over your bald head,
pat on crushed nuts, stick your wooden
leg up your a$$ and go as a caramel apple.

Very truly yours,
Acme Costume Co

Just saw this a while ago on the "Re-Trial" forum..........

There's going to be a court hearing at 3:00 Az time for the media shut out. *copied off that thread*

Jeffrey Evan Gold @jeffgoldesq · "@troyhaydenfox10: A hearing being held at 3pm today trying to get the media in courtroom for testimony of mystery #JodiArias witness.."

Haven't waded through the muck on Twitter but just briefly today :gaah: might get on there around 3:00 just for s***s and grins, see how it pans out.

As far as this mystery witness, it is what it is, CMJA is looking at LWOP or DP, ain't going to get any better no how!

Geesh.........excuse the grammar, talked to a local this morning at the feed store and the grammatical flavor kind of stuck on me.

Honestly I'm guessing like everyone else. The top of my list at the moment is Alyce La Violette (gag). But I really can argue against that option too. Beth Karas sent me an email (maybe it went out to her entire list I don't know, it was kind of informal tho) and she's attending the hearing today and will report on it after 3. So I'm keeping an eye out for that.

Do you know if the media will tweet from the courtroom?
