I think it was designed to leak the info (we won't get to see Jodi testify for now anyhow), then scream mistrial, and the leaker will be discredited claiming he/she didn't know it was a public forum they were posting on- when really they are on the side of the Defense, but may be willing to fall on their sword for them. Just more mind games from Jodi who really loves attention, just can't take criticism.

If you are indeed correct and that's the sole purpose of it, only one thing comes to mind for a comment on the subject of whoever thought that brilliant scheme up.
