#JodiArias ask to dismiss conviction alleging prosecutor misconduct for destroying evidence. Possible child found.

Interesting that Kiefer is the only one reporting that there was 'possible child found'. I don't buy this at all.

Yes ma'am and getting more tangled with every motion. I kinda hope Nurmi gets so tangled he trips and falls, as in TOMORROW. He is getting rather sickening.

I have a problem and need your assistance. I had a roommate for about 3 months or so who is an ex-cop. Before he left, without giving me any notice, I noticed missing things from my garage. Missing was an 8 foot ladder, my mother's portable wheelchair, a Husky red power washer and my almost new Ryobi electric drill. I know he took the drill because he left me his crappy old chargeable drill. I have filled out a police report. Today I discovered things missing inside the house, including a Waterford crystal globe that was my father's. I am also missing a very expensive ring that was my mother's jewelry but it's possible I hid it and can't remember where I put it.

Aside from the police report is there anything I can do? He being an ex cop knows how to get around all of this probably. Would appreciate your suggestions!

Thanks, CII. I will be changing the locks for sure and I don't think he will come over here again. These things were stolen while he was living here. I have a friend who is a cop in my county so I may call him for a little extra push. :gaah:

The timing of this is highly suspect...Why wait until now to examine the computer? I would want the computer back after this to make sure they didn't plant this.

Will someone with computer knowledge please write about "write blockers". This from Wikipedia...Protecting an evidence drive from writes during an investigation is also important to counter potential allegations that the contents of the drive were altered during the investigation. Of course, this can be alleged anyway, but in the absence of technology to protect a drive from writes, there is no way such an allegation can be refuted. This I believe goes against what was written in the article by Phil Bensen at CBS 5. The article states, "Someone went into the computer without a write blocker..... So I am totally confused now.

Nurmi knew that Arias had forged those pedophilia letters and he still fought to get them into evidence. And, I've lost count of the times that he has cried 'prosecutorial misconduct!' Why is this time any different? Yeah, one would think that there needs to be REAL and SOLID evidence for a lawyer to make such allegations but when it concerns this defense team it is not the case. Just when you think that they can't get any lower... there they are... at rock bottom with a shovel in their hands...
