I just saw this in a comment on a social media site and well, it sure made sense. The person commenting also saw it on another site. If it has been posted before, forgive me, but it's worth seeing again.
EVERY site listed was a known redirect for a Trojan horse that was infecting and hijacking browsers to those sites during that 2008 time period. Every one of the sites is listed as a Trojan redirect page. Every damn one. And most of the domains have since been dropped and been re-registered, ie the sites do not appear as they did in 2008 nor are they owned by the same people.
The Trojan horse browser redirect explains why:
1) the virus message appeared on Travis' computer when police examined it
2) why Jodi claimed Travis said he had a virus on June 4th
3 ) the back to back days all the sites were "visited" - every site being a known Trojan redirect
4 ) Why it would suddenly appear to have been deleted. All that would take is his virus protection to finally notice it ( ie when this was hitting machines, virus protection had not yet been programmed to prevent it or disinfect a machine after infection )
There is stuff ALL over the web from that time period that talks about this hijack and redirect Trojan directing to those sites. All over the web on the big tech virus sites. But when he was infected, it was newer so none of the virus software would be updated to automatically detect and delete - he was helpless to fix it. However if the machine would be fired up at a later date, after any virus protection he had installed on the computer would have had a chance ot add it to their software and do an automatic delete. No matter how hard he tried to prevent the registry changes and deletion, firing it up would have caused it to repair itself even if it was in Steve Job's lap. ( and the tell all is the registry changes )
This is not evidence of

. It is evidence of a malware attack.
They are going to need more than Melendez on this since he didn't even realize what he was looking at. They also need someone to be able to explain it to a judge who doesn't appear to be too tech savvy.
This Motion is based on a Trojan horse being in his computer when he died. That is it. Period.
