Just to put things in perspective:

Loosing one's Temple Recommend may have been a HUGE thing 30 years ago, but it's certainly NOT the case now.



And the only way you'd loose it is if you spilled the beans on yourself to the Bishop. The only persons that would know are you and the Bishop, unless you told someone.

Indeed. I find it appalling that this witness feels she can glean exactly who TA was and that he was a pedophile/sex addict/abuser/etc... by reading some emails and messages. It's very, very disturbing that such huge assumptions are made from a very small amount of information. She didn't talk to anyone other than CMJA, and only read messages and watched testimony of a couple of people. She claims to not have given much weight to CMJA's words, but she is allowing her words to influence how she is in interpreting what she is reading.

Maybe a juror high-tailed it out of town...will choose contempt of court over Death By Boredom.

On another note...the DT has not handed over the mirror image of the hard drive that was requested by the state. Seems they handed over a different hard drive image instead. But apparently this "emergency situation" has nothing to do with the trial so it can't be about that.

Yep, I am back to a juror fleeing to freedom to save his or her own sanity. If not that, then I got nothin'.

We've got "hard freeze warnings" around the State, but up here, we've already had our 1st freeze a few weeks back and the random temps down to 20 degrees the last week. Thought we were having an "El Nino" winter?
