So...........what does have to do with this trial and just exactly what was the forensic rule for computers back in 2008?

And if TA used his comp for business, ie, "mass emailing", it only makes sense to have multiple virus protection/privacy apps?

CMJA said TA was doing naughty stuff to a PICTURE of a little boy, not an image on the computer.

Deanna came over to check on Neapolean and TA's place while he was away, CMJA was making cookies and using TA's laptop.

CMJA had TA's passwords to numerous accounts.

.........and still, what does on a 30 year old man's computer have to do with anything?

JMOO...I firmly believe any on TA computer was out on their by FJA....she had TA passwords, his lap top at times, and was knowledgeable enough to get on his computer from another computer.

What does the have to do with FJA murdering TA? It has nothing to do with it, just a way of her getting back at TA and his family and friends and she promised to do, trying to destroy him, now his memory and his family.

I agree, I don't see how this matters during the sentencing phase. I really don't care if he was looking at . I don't know a guy who HASN'T looked at it at one time or another in their lives. Some people are addicted to , that's their issue to deal with and it not a mitigating factor for a murderer to get off the hook with. They are way off in the weeds chasing after an imaginary monster here, IMHO. :desert:
The only thing I am interested in finding out is if this on the computer included child . I doubt it it, but the inference by the DT is that this is child .
