O/T and I hope I can say this...

Today my old boyfriend/now handyman came by to help fix my printer. He was having a hard time, nothing was working.
He then asked me if i had been looking at ??!! lol. I had to chuckle to myself. And NO, I hadn't.


Later when we were discussing current events I told him I was following the JA case. I filled him in on the case and asked him if he knew who I was talking abt. His reply was , 'you mean that homely looking thing?' Cracked me up. Just wanted to share. ---n---

Eye of the Needle by Ken Follett was an excellent thriller. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed The DaVinci Code. And 2 of my all time faves, Jane Eyre and Pride and Prejudice.

Ken Follet has several good books, that' I've read several times. On Eagle Wings is about two EDS executives working in Tehran, in 1978, are arrested on suspicion of bribery. Bail was set at 12.75 million dollars. Ross Perot, head of EDS, decides to get his people out no matter what, after a meeting with President Carter and asking for help and was turned down . While the EDS lawyers are trying to find a way to pay the bail, he also recruits a team of volunteers from his executives, and retired army colonel, Bull Simons., and they to Tehran to recuse them. It is a wonderful story of courage and the dedication Ross Perot had for his employes. When they landed in Dallas after the rescue there were no dry eyes, and a lot of pride in what Ross Perot had accomplished.


Jimmy Carter, in 1980, tried a similar rescue called Operation Eagle Claw for the 52 diplomats held captive at the embassy of the United States in Tehran Iran, but it failed and many said that was that the failure to free the hostages played a major role in Ronald Reagan's victory in the 1980 US presidential election. When Ronald Regan was sworn in as President iseveral minutes later, the Americans held hostage in Iran were released.

well, it is a framed photo of Hindsight2020's photo with Travis' verse. I'm leaving in a few hours to mail it to Travis' family. I just wanted you all to see it framed. WOW. So powerful. This really explains Jodi and her sociopath well. It fits JA to a T.

Remember when Travis was asking "WHY?" to Jodi in the other day's testibaloney? Remember when he asked her why she did all those bad things to him? Afterall, he knew and said himself he was a good person. So, Why Jodi? Here below (from link) is one answer that explains why Jodi did it to him:

"...the one thing I craved most, the fear I instilled in others. I knew I was the one in power."

Travis was just her latest and most severe victim. However Jodi did her damage to lots of people. These are a few examples of what Jodi did to others besides Travis:

-She stole from her own Grandfather (gun + electronics).
-She confronted Travis friends in appaling ways
-The Hughes girl when she would not leave and stared at her).
-She knocked on the door of a female Travis friend she had never even been to the place and confronted her.
-She admitted she was fixing to go on an overnight trip with stranger guys she hardly knew and was going to bring the new gun she bought.
-She manipulated the previous boyfriend with his son, and assisted in ruining him in financial disaster eventually losing his house

She did her damage to other people beside Travis. Travis was just the most extreme example. Nobody is safe from a sociopath.

Here are other parts of the article that match Jodi closely:

Thanks for sharing this article. This is why she scares me so much. Its because she is so sneaky and deceiptful that I am afraid she will do it to someone else and they wont recognize it before its too late.
We all were shocked how Travis could not recognize the severity of the danger. He did recognize near the end but it was too late. When reading this, we see why he missed it and let his guard down 1 too many times. These people are very skilled at it.

Some of us think she may have been holding a gun on him and forcing him on that last day so perhaps he was not a willing participant in the shower pic.

This trial needs to end yesterday and she needs her sentence which she is due.

Witness doesn't know if Hertz had security footage, but says that Jodi was with a man that had blonde hair.

I remember searching for "Chinese Silkie Chicks for sale" back in the 2000's, POULTRY RELATED and the you can imagine the sites my browser pulled up.

I think there's a huge difference between "Hits" and actually going to the "Site".

Someone with more tech savvy might want to chime in, but I believe you can remotely access your computer by accessing the IP address and putting in you "name/work group, ect" and your password. People have been doing it for years to access their work computers from home. My brother has been doing it for ages, working as an independent contractor for Microsoft, a salaried employee of Microsoft and Artifact, and as his own business owner.

I should be catching up with him in the next few days so I'll pick his brain. He know PC and Mac.
