I am stongly beginning to feel that the jury will hang. All this trashing of Travis, makes it sound like the killer did the world a favor of course out of the goodness of her heart. The killer is paying the ultimate price (life in prison) for saving the world. This retrial is too wishy washy for me. I always thought that trials were fact based, but i guess they aren't. All these freaking delays. I will be totally shocked if the killer gets the DP. I would have no problem giving her the DP.

BBM I'm beginning to believe that I would have no problem giving her the DP too (and I would pull the switch :blushing:- I can't believe I'm saying this )

If she is given LWOP, she will be in solitary for about 5 (?) years and then she'll be placed in the general population. I don't want her to have any freedoms at all. I want her in a tiny cell with just her narcissistic self to "talk" to. Let her think about her sorry life- whatever is left of it.

Yes, Twitter was all.....well........a twitter with when I logged in this morning. Somehow, the killer's #hashtag has been associated with Islam, bad move for whoever the fool was that added it to their "tweet".

Okay - gots to go read other threads - glad I had a chance to finish reading the trial twitters from yesterday - our ONLY day in court with the jurors. I see in the above article that there is court hearing on computers on Thursday, Dec. 4th - and Friday?? Will have to go read "what" that is about!

Yes, JA surely did say that when she was trying to force the prosecution to give her a good plea deal. She is surely sticking to her promise even at the expense of her own life it seems.

I wonder if she realizes the risk in this DT approach OR if she thinks her approach is a good approach for her. I keep wondering if she saw how CA trial went and decided to copy it.

If you saw her testifying at her trial it was obvious she feels quite superior to everyone in the courtroom. Her arrogance will be her downfall in the end.
