I think this murder, that was intentionally cruel and premeditated, can stand alone on it's own "merits".

I'm kinda like "whaaaaat? Incredibly evil, yes, serial killer? Well, that's giving her too much credit. Could of, should of, would of, she murdered one person and the 30 days had expired, no pass, go to jail.
Could she have become one later? Don't know, don't care, she's toast.
