Computer hackers are very smart and he's just analyzing the computer, not making judgments. There's no reason for JSS to disallow his testimony, IMO.

Someone has to get down to the truth of all the and the alleged prosecutorial misconduct and who better than a computer hacker, IMO.

My problem is all the secrecy. I want to know who he is. He has taken the stand claiming to be an expert. Prove it. What's his background? What's the name of his company? This whole 2nd trial has been shrouded in secrecy between mystery witnesses/non-stop sidebars. It's ridiculous and scary at the same time.

I was in Granada Hills for the Sylmar quake. Ripped the flooring loose in our kitchen and the refrigerator moved halfway across the kitchen and it knocked down our brick walls.

I was living with my parents in Encino... our backyard pool was swishing up at least 20 feet - going back and forth with your dog running around it!! LOL!

You guys must be brave. No way could I go through a serious earthquake and my nerves not be shattered. I would be packing it up.
Guess nowadays there is nowhere to hide.

An expert or just a data scientist? No reason to know who he is, IMO. I'm sure JM knows all the ins-and-outs of this person and I hope we will hear from JM, some time this year, to question him. He has a right to testify "undercover"- just like DB did.

An expert or just a data scientist? No reason to know who he is, IMO. I'm sure JM knows all the ins-and-outs of this person and I hope we will hear from JM, some time this year, to question him. He has a right to testify "undercover"- just like DB did.

I'm already not impressed with this witness that he doesn't know that ZLOB is a Trojan, which are much more malicious than just a simple virus. I think the fact he lacks a degree is telling. Any reputable "data scientist" would have a degree in computer science from a major university. This guy is just a hired hack paid by the defense to spot their latest theory of prosecutorial misconduct- that Juan or Mesa PD would have planted /trash Travis, both of which are ridiculous and had nothing to do with why Jodi viciously murdered him.
