Jodi Arias defense gets shady: Constitution decimated, smuggling still suspected

"...Mitigation specialist Maria de la Rosa, who has been known to smuggle information out of the Maricopa County Jail, took a different approach. We have previously reported on Maria de la Rosa when her connection to a leaked jailhouse audio was being investigated. At the time, her affinity for Twitter was managed under the Twitter handle “@cougarluscious”.

After Maria de la Rosa’s twitter handle “Cougarlucious” was ridiculed world-wide for maybe being a little too inappropriate for a high profile defense team member, she changed it to something else. Now, Maria de la Rosa’s new Twitter is confirmed as @faithwillsave4.

After the defense was accused of using the court system to decimate the Constitution, shroud a trial in secrecy, and spread lies, @faithwillsave4 was spotted tweeting,

“Seems to be working. The week started well : )”..."

Day 22 of Jodi Arias trial: Judge won't release transcripts of Arias testimony

"..In a ruling that overturned Judge Sherry Stephens' decision barring the public from watching Arias' testimony, the Arizona Court of Appeals has ordered the transcripts released.

A lawyer for media organizations on Thursday requested release of the transcripts.

Isn't there a motion to dismiss being heard this afternoon...I think at 1-1:30? Does anyone know if there will be any reporters in the courtroom tweeting. Trial by tweet really stinks but, oh well. Waiting for the transcripts.

Can anyone explain what happens on 1/16 and what that means to supply briefs by then. What is that petition for?

I am afraid that JSS is going to try to hold the transcript till 1/16 and claim that decision from that date is tied to it somehow.

I hope at least 1 of the media has put in a formal request in writing for the transcript by now. It needs to be a formal written request so that it forces them to reply to it.

I am sure the money should not be a concern because they could ask for donations and we would gladly assist to come up with 400.

She seems to fit right in with nurmi, so I'm wondering did he choose her, like he did his expert witnesses?

Seems I get mad at myself for investing too much time and emotion into this perversion of a trial. Then, when I discover I'm out of the loop, I'm mad at myself yet again for not paying more attention. Oh...my poor self these days. :gaah:

I feel the same way. I need to quit getting sucked into it because this retrial for this low life killer is interfering with my job. My job is a necessity. Following the killer is not a necessity.

BBM According to this, they are "appointed" in capital cases:

STANDARDS FOR MITIGATION SPECIALISTS IN CAPITAL CASES

"To be eligible to be appointed to a capital case as a Mitigation Specialist I, Mitigation
Specialist II or a Mitigation Specialist III, a candidate must demonstrate that he or she has
acquired the knowledge and skill necessary to serve as a mitigation specialist in a capital case
and will apply that knowledge and skill with appropriate thoroughness and preparation, and that
he or she meets the requirements set forth below:.."
