Questions

In AZ can the defense change in the middle of the trial or retrial, that their client is mentally ill? Why did LKN not start out with that defense in the beginning?

Where do mentally ill inmates go to serve time until they 'may' become well enough to serve time in prison? That is if they ever can become well. Are their sentences ever lessened because they were in the hospital, say if Life without Parole, she serves time in hospital for mentally ill, then is treated and is better...where does she go...prison or free?

Does anyone think that FJA is trying to be declared mentally ill so she can serve time in a hospital setting instead of prison? With LKN throwing up the 'mentally ill" client, I wonder if this is what she is now trying for.

Everything else has been thrown on the wall, I wonder if this is the next thing....mentally ill, not the way I think of her...I think evil. JMO

Sounds like Judge Stephens is on the ball.

And what kind of "friend" or "associate" refuses to testify in person, on video, or affidavit if a person is looking at the death penalty?
Maybe ones that have nefarious and/or criminal backgrounds, are easily caught in their lies, or are so full of poop, they KNOW their testimony would fall flat.

Seriously, CMJA's OWN FAMILY will NOT take the stand for her...........what does that say? Even in the Hulsey and DeVault trials here recently, the families took the stand in the mitigation phase...........and twitter was pretty nasty with those two.

And this baloney of the witness from out of the country, we KNOW who he is. He's got his 15 minutes of fame on the internet, and now the defense wants him to repeat his "story" in court..........he won't show up because it's all lies.
