Hey everyone good morning, I have a question about tipping. How much do you guys tip your Hair stylist? I'm really confused on this, I hear so many different amounts, thanks :-)

Hey grammie....the gal who cuts my hair charges $11; I give her $15. I suppose the usual tip is 10-20 percent.

Thank you Jane! I think I'll go with 20, I'd rather over tip than under tip. I haven't had my hair done in many many moons. Thanks again :-)

Good Morning all. Have you recovered from reading the transcripts??? I was not brave enough to read them.
I am already fuming about this retrial and figured the transcripts would put me over the edge.

I read here at WS where the killer threw her parents under the bus. No way in hell would I be in court if I was the killer's parents.

Of course we all know that the sweet, good hearted, ever so loving killer does not tell lies and people are just so mean to her.

Get the snacks and aspirin ready!!!!

She did indeed throw them under the bus. IMO, that's why the testimony was shielded from the public and her mother had to leave the courtroom. In addition, she embellished her previous lies even more. Most of the testimony was boring, but some interesting new manipulations were there.

I've got some chit to do today so I'll be in and out. Ground finally froze up enough last night so I can get some stuff done that I really don't feel like doing..........grrrrrrrr!

So if someone wants to take the reins on the tweets, Muchos Gracious!!!:loveyou:

CMJA was just getting warmed up when she was shut down. I think she was more concerned about "the public", not necessarily her family: problem is, in Court her family has the same rights as the "public", not the rights of the deceased's family.

Revealed: Jodi Arias' secret testimony to a jury where she pleaded not be executed

"Dwane Cates, a criminal defense attorney in Phoenix who isn't involved in the Arias case, believes the courtroom was likely closed in hopes of preventing the case from becoming an even bigger media spectacle than it already was. He doubted the request was granted just to appease Arias.

'It had to do a lot with I think everybody wanted it closed,' Cates said.."

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...odi-Arias-closed-door-testimony-released.html

Everybody did not want it closed. Cates is assuming this and IMO he looks ridiculous for doing so.

The media did not want it closed and they speak for the public's right to know. The Constitution says the media cannot be kept out. They petitioned a higher court to overturn the court's ruling shutting them out. I doubt they would have done that if "everybody" wanted proceedings closed.

Yeah... How do I put this nicely  I have never been a big fan of Dwane Cates AT ALL

I think her family was told in advance what was going down but even if they weren't warned in advance, they were not put out of the courtroom to protect their feelings. Killer's family had to leave when the public was shut out as they are no more than spectators at this trial. Victim's family have rights that spectators do not have.

Cates is also the one who gave Nurmi the bright idea of saying in his closing argument Jodi never said she returned the gas can to the same Wal Mart...when she had...a couple times.

Did notice that JA said she just RECENTLY found out her mommy smoked pot on the day she born? Because, that is new testimony...she's got that lie covered

I understand that but believe that JA knew that they were part of the public and therefore would be ousted. This could be why she was so upset at the ruling that the transcripts would be made public.
