O/T question: What was the name of that book on tape that everyone was talking about a few days ago as I want to download it. I believe it was free? and it was about interviewing on a case... That's all I remember lol but a few here, IIRC on this thread, had listened to it.

Please, when is the next court date? I gather it is not today. Who is to testify?

Will JM ever get to ask his questions of the witnesses? And if he does, does the defense get to ask all over again?

This could go on forever unless a time limit would be impossed, which I don't think can be done.

They never had anything to begin with I guess. When you look at the responses to the motions in totality, it is mind boggling that the defense lawyers even filed them in the first place. JSS either indicated the matters were resolved, the DT failed to cross the witnesses effectively, or the rationale for the motion did not belong before the Court. IMO

So many many many DT motions. It is incredible. I really do think they are blowing any remote chance at appeals court to maybe get her a life sentence VS death. Or maybe even getting some remote chance at parole like 50 years from now. With all the motions they are filing there will be no wiggle room for appeals because they were already brought up and decided by trial court.

Another total failure for DT. Especially because he is not an appeals attorney and it is a huge mistake to bring up some of these motions that were really appeals against original verdict.
An appeals attorney could have addressed them much better for them.

Thanks to all who makes these pages possible. I wish I knew how and was fast enough to help.
I had so hoped in some way we would be able to see JA.'s face when this was read!! I hoed she would show some sort of suffering, after all this was all about her losing out. I will try to find a page that may mention it.
Now! on with the show this is it!!!! I couldn't thank a lot of pages, mine doesn't always work.

We didn't get to see her reaction but we may get to see the aftermath wrist brace since she no doubt punched some walls again in her cell.

I honestly do wonder if she does that and think that the brace was because of that sometimes.

I agree that JA has forced her attorneys to take a lot of the actions they have. Her whole defense has her style written all over it.

Doing some catching up and I now see who caused the mistake of allowing the computer to be modified without bitblocker.

We heard the DT witness claim he likes Autopsy software. Lets looky see what one of the Cons of using Autopsy:

Cons:
- Limited function (but it is free!).
- No support for Bitlocker.

ETA: Just kidding here because the DT claimed when the computer was first turned on, it should have had a write blocker on it. Though this does show that any copy the witness was using could have been overwritten by himself because he could not have had a writer blocker on it if he used Autopsy software. That is probably where those working copies we heard were referenced.

Just incredible. I saw on the news this morning about this.

This is basically a sheer face straight up. Not much at all to grab ahold of in most spots.

I like how the one guy was honest in saying there were times he wanted to give up. Glad he didnt.
