You know, I knew this was gonna happen. When juan and JSS said a solution to these so called mitigation witnesses ( who in my opinion, simply do NOT even exist) was to present affidavits or video I was thinking WHY ARE YOU ALLOWING THAT!! They are just going to make up some bull crap that juan can't cross examine. Why on earth, knowing this defense team did juan even suggest that as an alternative? I would've said " suppoena or bust" you know? It's real simple.
