Is it just me or are all of the videos on this thread making it NURMI slow to load?

Try restarting your computer. That empties the cache. (Kinda like flushing the toilet.:floorlaugh:)

I was on a cruise more than 10 years ago and Mickey Dolenz tried to pick me up! I merely was just talking to him at the bar and he was obviously obviously after a while wanting a hookup and well you know the rest of the story! I bailed it out of there.

How cool. I almost got to meet Rush, the roadies took me and my girlfriend backstage and we got to be on the stage side throughout the 2nd half of the concert. The roadies lied though, we didn't get to meet them, but we did go party with the roadies and almost got busted by the cops when they dropped us back off at our car.

I actually would consider it (still don't like it as much as the blue, though), but DW says no way to black. It is absolutely out.

Yeah, they are hard to keep looking nice. Kendall's has a nice blue one.

I had coffee with my friends father who is a sitting judge and has been for many years. He has sentanced a man to the DP.
We talk trials alot..haha he told me he wishes he could get jurors as informed as I am.
He totally believes that this and any other DP sentance is decided at jury selection...haha his example ( if you get one young little school teacher or mother or whatever who says she/he can issue the DP but has qualms when it comes to signing on the dotted line the DP is off the table...
He also believes the LWOP is just as bad a sentance, and agrees that most people who get the DP will die before being executed.
I agree with him totally...he said that in his 25 yrs of experience, being DP qualified means nothing if one person cannot carry through..

I take it this Judge is not opposed to the Death Penalty?

Some inmates actually do become productive in their own in their own ways. They just needed the structure is my thought on that.

It is true that jury selection is a part of that, but only the best of the best can make that differentiation, and the Godfathers of Criminal Defense are now aging and tired. They fought for life, imo, b/c they were sent to war and realized what they could do to make a difference, murdered or not, they already murdered for someone else.

As far as how long it takes, it is true it takes time, but at least the serial killers that are on Death Row are not still killing. All, that I am aware of, knew it was wrong and begged to be stopped b/c they could not stop themselves.

Uuummm, the most politically correct thing I can say is, he looks like an all night long kind of man to me.

I think helps to delete history, etc.

I know how you feel. Right now the way to make me happy would be to hear those magic words again.... May We Approach? :floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I had one of those record players, too. Based on the music you mentioned, it sounds like we are about the same age. Do you remember cutting out cardboard records from the back of cereal boxes and playing them?

Oh my god I would have never thought about that for the rest of my life until you said that. I had totally forgotten about that! Wow.

Oh he is deff for the DP..haha we had a discussion about the DP being under scrutiny for being too cruel...he got a kick out of me saying that they ought to go back to public hangings, then maybe it might deter some from a life of crime...haha.. the judge gets a kick out of my point of view :floorlaugh:

Rewatching Steven's VIS on HLN. Jodi is NOT crying. If you get to watch it again, notice Steven's forehead/eyebrows, Samantha's too. Foreheads look like that when you are truly crying. Oh and you can see this too on the people in the gallery. Jodi is a major fraud!
