So is he saying her license and experience did not qualify her to test and diagnose his client, then CMJA doesn't have the borderline personality disorder 'mental illness' that's listed in like three of her mitigating factors?

Also, IIRC didn't Geffner say in the guilt phase, that he hadn't personally administered or scored any testing in decades - that staff did all that (the 'royal we' he kept using)? Nurmi is a fool, IMO, JMO

How amazing that JSS allows Nurmi, an officer of the court, to behave so disrespectfully and inappropriately in her courtroom. By allowing hostile atmosphere , JSS encourages it. How can she be respected as a Judge? In all the trial weirdness, this is the one mind-boggling question I'll always have.

Two things I need to vent: 1) Nurmi is really pissing me off today with his treatment of Demarte, worse than his questioning of the bishop. So condescending and worse than Wilmott who you can dismiss like a yappy Chihuahua.

2) those of you who have been visiting the dark side, JAII: they seem to be giving away DT's strategies the day beforehand. I've seen it more than once now. They knew McGee's lies were coming in, and today they knew Nurmi would attack DeMarte's experience, hence the disgusting "Totdoc" label, and that Jodi was "protecting her family from abuse". Does Maria feed them tweets???
