I had a trial dream last night and she sang for the jury. Then I forced myself awake. It made me think though. :)

Dear lord I hope that wouldn't be allowed, has Justice really taken second seat to ratings?

What I did read on that "other" site, is that JW has been talking to JA's family and collecting statements, presumably to try and negate Dr.D's testimony, though I suppose if they do them in video format and then have some kind of family emergency(grandma fell jumping into her wheelchair or something...) on the day JA gives her allocution JSS might allow them in then... that's if their other plan of Jury Nullification falls through... lol.

Paul Sanders.....

Arias lost a couple jurors in her attire, her outward manifestation of a falsehood and her aroma of manipulation.

BBM How does he know this? I like to read his court summaries but he embellishes so much in his writing.

I have a very difficult time with Paul Sanders' writing. He invents so much and passes it off as authoritative. How does he know what jurors are thinking? Give me a break! He cannot be in anyone else's head. And then there are the frou frou filler descriptions that don't describe what is actually there but something he imagines; and they are so syrupy and awkward. What the heck is an "aroma of manipulation"? That doesn't even make any sense: there are times I just want to barf.

I think the 13th Juror is an interesting concept, it's just that the execution is execrable.

He is very good with fiction, we all know that no one can know how people are thinking or what they will decide in the end. How many times in the past have we all been so disgusted with the outcome of a trial when everyone and I mean everyone just knew what the jurors would do and were shocked when the verdict came in? I think he is good at fiction storytelling!

Paul Sanders is awesome, IMO. And he said at the very beginning that being a former juror he could get a feel for what the jurors are going through and what they think. The DeVault and Arias cases are so similar too. So wo better to write the column? I love reading it!!!

Paul Sanders court summary from yesterday regarding Jodi wearing purple for DV:

The purple sweater was a lie for all to see. It will have angered those on the jury who have first-hand experience with domestic violence. I was one of the jurors on the DeVault trial who was more than likely selected because of my experience with domestic violence. I can comfortably say that those who pretend to carry the cross of domestic violence infuriate me just as it will antagonize those on this jury with similar experience.

Arias lost a couple jurors in her attire, her outward manifestation of a falsehood and her aroma of manipulation.

LOL, I know.....PS sure does get "flowery" sometimes. Still, interesting to read.

I love this post. I agree with you. Nobody knows what the jurors are thinking.

Apparently, yeah. She tweeted that Nurmi had zero impeachment of DeMarte and threw a hissy fit and was late into the courtroom, after the jury because of it! Apparently she didn't believe they'd start without her, and they called her bluff on it. She must've wanted Wilmott to get into a catfight with DeMarte.

What?!?!?! OMG!

Where do you find this gem of information? That throws a whole new light on things......and I'm seriously having a great chuckle!

Who does she think she is?

Oops, my bad, we're talking about the "Goddess". LMAO!!! :floorlaugh:

You can't impeach the truth. That's something the "Goddess" knows nothing about.

No wonder JM was shaking his head over this. She was up to her ole shenanigans again. Glad it didn't fly. imo

Lol...seriously! Where can I read more about the hissyfit? I've had virtually no websleuths all week and I'm so far behind!

I thought the killer couldn't tweet. Could this be a rumor?

Yes. We don 't know who is tweeting info. that is supposedly from the killer, and I doubt we ever will. But something was going on with her in that court room Thursday. I don't know why reporters haven't looked into it.

On BK's site, CMJA held up the court for 24 minutes, (13:30 -13:54, may have been longer because they were to start at 1:25 or 13:25) she made her grand appearance as DeMarte was called to the stand by the Judge. I'll listen to Beth's video blog to see if I can get more info......because LinusK is no where to be found!!!!:tantrum:

Funny I thought that's what CMJA said about Juan, but now Nurmi uses the same method?
