The only one that would probably not speak is the felon's dad because of his health. I don't know if her half siblings or siblings are old enough...I don't know if there is an age requirement. I would say her mom and aunt....and since someone does not want to be on camera I bet it is the felon. If her family did not speak in the past, why speak now? I bet it is her. She has no friends that can speak, just minions.

MINUTE ENTRY

LET THE RECORD REFLECT that at the conclusion of trial, State’s Exhibits 656, 659,
660 and 661 were missing and replaced with copies provided by the State. The Defense agreed
to the substitution of copies for the original. While marking exhibits for another trial and
utilizing the same folders from this trial, the clerk found the four missing photos stuck in the
bottom of one of the file folders.
The four original photos have been delivered to the Exhibits Department to be substituted
for the copies of the exhibits.

Watched the first of the final episodes of Mad Men. Will miss the series even though Don Draper is such a loathsome fool.

BBM I think he's a lost soul- looking for something missing in his life and never able to find it.

I'll miss the show also, but I hated how long we had to wait for the seasons to start.

I am taking a little break. I read, but just don't have the oomph to post much. Energy is depleted, but I am trying to keep up with two cases I have followed in our area. Both have had a lot of news in the last days. They are keeping me hopping.... as best I can while yawning.

I know that I have not watched any of the trial videos and was wondering how many here has?

I really think that JSS will allow Jodi to wear her court outfit, instead of her strips...it is Jodi after all and I can see her throwing a big hissy fit being on camera in strips!! And JSS will cave in.(I posted this on a thread here way back). If I am wrong I will take the 'I told you so' LOL.
Can't believe JSS is setting aside the entire day for this! And, Jodi has a 'secret' witnesses for her sentencing...give me a break! JSS already knows what she will give Jodi and no matter what anyone else says, it will make no difference. IMO But, if it will help the Alexander's in anyway...go for it!!

I will say it's been nice and peaceful without any news about Jodi since she was busted in jail!

He corrected the error. As someone posted yesterday, the easiest is just to type current time phoenix into google. Use that info to figure out what time to be ready Mon.

Phoenix time is a bit challenging. I never realized they don't do Daylight Savings Time until this case.

OK people, I need to rant for a few minutes!!

I made the mistake of checking out the JAII site and I'm so sorry I did!! Someone has posted on their main page many pictures of the murder scene that someone has edited. It is horrible!! Made me sick. Dear God in heaven that site needs to be shut down!!! What are they trying too prove? That they get off on this or what? They must be as evil as JA herself! Anyone who would post these very edited-graphic pictures needs help in worst way...

I will go even further. I believe JSS will give her a sentence with a possibility of release after several years. I have no faith in this judge at all. If nothing else, I believe she will do it to despite Juan Martinez. And if I am wrong, I will HAPPILY come and apologize.
