Does this mean that the evil murderer is actually having witnesses for her this time? And that is the part that is off limits and will not be live streamed?

Judge Sherry Stephens on Monday said there might be some exceptions to the rule as some witnesses might refuse to be on camera.

What the heck is the deal with witnesses? Perhaps they are there to beg for a lighter sentence for Arias as I can't think of any other reason for witnesses. Ugh, just get this over with!

One thing I would like to see is for the Alexanders to tell her what they think of her one more time and set the record straight on all her lies about Travis. That would make me very happy.

:what: Does this mean that J. Secret Sherry still can't get passed her need to indulge this killer? I will never get it. If the witnesses are too ashamed to testi-lie in the open, then they should just keep their traps shut and not be allowed.

Secret witnesses again? Ridiculous. She is not special. I don't know why she is treated with kid gloves. :gaah:

It would be cathartic to watch the Judge tell her off but I don't expect this Judge to say anything harsh. She'll basically tell her that the jury found her guilty of first-degree murder and that she will be sentenced to LWOP. That's about it. Hopefully LWOP. I'm a little nervous because with this trial you just never know what's going to happen.

Did you/have you all heard about the Delaware family who was sickened while on vacation in St. John? The teenage boys are still in critical condition, the dad has neuro symptoms, mom has been discharged. The dad is the middle school headmaster at Tatnall, a private school here in Wilmington. The mom is a dentist. The boys are 14 and 16 and hopefully will recover. The cause seems to be methyl bromide, a pesticide, that was sprayed in the condo unit below them.

This is just awful. Their attorney is DH best friend and he is a barracuda lawyer, and will leave no stone unturned. I really pray they will all recover. This is just tragic. The private schools have spring break the last two weeks of March, unlike the rest of the schools. I just can't imagine.

I hope everyone is having a great holiday. Eight more nights in Estrella for the convict, then it's off to her permanent home. This is the first time I've followed a trial from start to (almost) finish. What an education.
