Judge rules for Casey Anthony in defamation lawsuit
Charges against Anthony tossed in 20-page ruling

ORLANDO, Fla. —Casey Anthony has won the defamation case filed against her by Zenaida Gonzalez, according to court documents released Friday
A judge tossed the charges in a 20-page ruling, stating in part, "There is nothing in the statement…to support (Fernandez-Gonzalez's) allegations that (Anthony) intended to portray (the nanny) as a child kidnapper and potentially a child killer."

Good Morning

I bought some material for redoing my big wreath for fall this week and here are the results

Oh CJ ~ You did a beautiful job! With all your talents, you should think very seriously about making a bunch of wreaths, Christmas decorations, etc. and sell them at a Peddler's Mall or flea market. I don't know how much it costs to rent a booth, but I think you could make a lot of money! Don't tell your DD though.

WARNING

DO NOT wash your hair in the shower!! It's so good to finally get a health warning that is useful!!! IT INVOLVES THE SHAMPOO WHEN IT RUNS
DOWN YOUR BODY WHEN YOU SHOWER WITH IT.
WARNING TO US ALL!!! Shampoo Warning! I don't know WHY I didn't figure this out sooner! I use shampoo in the shower! When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning, "FOR EXTRA BODY AND VOLUME." No wonder I have been gaining weight! Well! I got rid of that shampoo and I am going to start showering with Dawn Dishwashing Soap. It's label reads, "DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE." Problem solved! If I don't answer the phone, I'll be in the shower! LOL

:floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

While I have wifi for a minute, I wanted to send my deepest love and appreciation to all of my out for your kind thoughts, prayers, JINGLES, love, compassion and some I may have missed. I truly have the most special group of wonderful friends on the face of the planet, right here. I don't have much energy and can't breathe, so forgive my lack of long windedness.
Still haven't figured out WTH has caused this pulmonary disaster, but getting great care. I haven't slept in days. Light at end of tunnel so maybe discharge sometime next week. Love to you and yours and please know how much each of you mean to me. [/b] I am a better person because my world has you in it.[/b] Xoxo

Oh Zuri, I am so happy to see your post :happydance:
I certainly hope they can figure out what caused all this and CURE you soon, as this place isn't the same without you. Your compassion for everyone and YOUR heart of gold is what makes US better people! :loveyou:

GET WELL SOON ZURI! We still have to figure out what to do about our houses! Maybe we should just move?

Niner Your life story is absolutely fascinating! You should seriously write a book. I can't wait to hear about how your 25yr old mama celebrated her 25th birthday!
*PLUS* If I remember correctly, wasn't your mom and your husband both TV stars at one time? I would definitely buy your book!
Have a safe and happy trip

I did that for years when I was younger and made a ton of $$$!!! I would actually cut out my own wooden shapes on my saw (yes, my own saw) and sand, then paint them; would sell them too. Around the last of October I would have a big Craft Sale in my basement for a weekend and people would come from all around and buy my crafts. I was well known in these parts for my creative work ;). But, it's a lot of work doing crafts and now I do it for myself, family, or a good friend :)

Anyone remember the big craze when self sitters were the hot item and ducks/geese? Can't tell you how many of those I have done up! LOL And, I hated them!!!

examples of the sitters and ducks

Gotta tell ya what this silly Squeak did this morning! I was on the tread mill and this crazy puppy jumped up on it with me...needless say he went flying off! Thank goodness I had it on the lowest setting starting out. I got off and checked him out. He just got up shook it off and went and sniffed the tread mill. LOL Think he will go in his kennel next time...

I see that they have arrested a man believed to be the I 10 shooter in Phoenix Arizona

http://www.kpho.com/story/30067761/...pect-forensically-linked-to-first-4-shootings

DPS: I-10 shooting suspect 'forensically linked' to first 4 shootings

According to a tweet from Phoenix city councilman Sal DiCiccio, there were 4 confirmed incidents from same 9 mm handgun. He says DPS located the 9 mm handgun, recently pawned at local pawn shop. In another tweet, DiCiccio says that lab analysis confirmed it is the "same gun as freeway shootings. Person who pawned the gun is same person who purchased gun."

I-10 shooting suspect's Facebook: "if you f**** with me or my fam you better watch your back"

Can't find his account on FB. LE must have taken it down but there's screen shots that FB peeps took of it before it disappeared. What a jerk. Glad it's almost over and no one was really hurt bad.

1932 - It was just an average day this day in 1932, when Just Plain Bill was first heard on CBS radio. It was “The real life story of people just like people we all know.” The 15-minute show (Monday through Friday at 7:15 p.m.) was all about (just plain) Bill Davidson and his daughter, Nancy, who lived in (just plain) Hartville. Since Bill was the town barber, everybody came to him with their problems -- and Bill helped them straighten things out.

I was born in '32.. I remember my mom listening to this program also "Stella Dallas". I'm checking to see how our Zuri is. They should have it pinned down soon, sure they did cultures which take at least 3 days. I'm so happy she went to the hospital.. I'm waiting on a couple trials , Jason Harris Coopers father, they will string it out! Oh rememeber "Our Gal Sunday".

How old were you when you got married? I remember you speaking about your husband and son, and didn't know if you had any daughters?

Were you raised in a city or a farm? What part of the world did your family come from? and when? America is indeed a melting pot of cultures.

I think Zuri's poor little body is overwhelmed with so much going on. I'm glad she did go to the hospital. I wonder what she'd think of the women on the view making fun of nurses?

Hello Sidebar Friends:
:loveyou:
We are having an unusual and very welcome rainy Saturday here in the high desert. When I grocery shopped at Walmart this morning, I caved in and bought some bacon for the first time in about five years. Went home and made myself some bacon and eggs brunch. Yum, yum. It was the first time my pair of four-year old kitties smelled bacon cooking and they were fascinated. But no people food for them. Meany Mommy that I am.

2015 - UK scientists seek permission to genetically modify human embryos DNA. And on the promise none would be implanted for pregnancy. "Mistakes" happen all the time; it would be easy "mix up" a few embryos with altered DNA and implanted them. If it doesn't work or there are birth defects, you'd keep your mouth shut, and if it did result in a full term baby, you'd be shouting it from the housetops, and patting your self on the back. No matter that somethings just shouldn't be done. What will be next human with animals?
