Amish Man Confessed to Poisoning Wife in Missouri, Police Say
"A Kentucky man who served as a minister in his Amish church has confessed to fatally poisoning his wife nine years ago while working as a cabinetmaker in rural Missouri, authorities say.

Sinnett said the death penalty would be justified because more than one person was killed, the slayings occurred during a felony, another person was endangered and a prosecution witness was killed to prevent them from testifying. He also cited the defendant's criminal history..."
