Many hardened criminals claim they committed their despicable acts because they were disrespected. They choose to be feared instead of being respected. Despised instead of being loved because at least they are not nothing.

This is why I think Jodi hates Travis to this very day and takes every opportunity to disparage him. He came from a background worse than hers, so nobody was giving her any pity. yet he achieved financial and social success, ending up a person with feelings, friends, admiration and the adoration of many women.

She tried to copy him but her counterfeit failed. He could not be allowed to win-- and then for him to expose her for what she was--a pathetic stalker? No, he had to die. She hated him for being what she herself could have become--if she only had the missing ingredient-- character.

Hi Gypsy! I like all 3 versions of Van Halen in this order - Sammy, Gary, then Dave... as long as Eddie is the constant I'm happy. I still prefer Gary here, though:

I think the female inmate that died of heat exposure at Perryville after being left in a pen outside in the summer was in for prostitution.

I love the combo of greats. And of course Prince to me is just the BEST. That expression on that other guitarist to the right of Tom Petty is so telling. He is loving watching Prince play.

I think he is a genius musician. And it doesn't hurt that he is so fine.

Hi there Chester, so good to see you! I never had a chance to reply to you in the other thread re your romantic Interview With the Vampire story - your husband sounds quite wonderful!

I agree with you about Prince! And do you mean the young guitarist? If so, that's George Harrison's son... that must have been so meaningful for him.
