Does anyone know what's supposed to be happening at 2pm today with TES?

I know. It just still blows my mind that they sold that baby's pictures to get her off. How low can you sink? Pretty low, I guess, once you have duct-taped a toddlers face, stuffed them in trash bags, and dumped them on the side of the road. After that, there is no high-road anymore. You are capable of anything.

On another note, did you see the GR/JB interview last night? I'm going to search YT and see if it has been posted. I'd like to see JB's demeanor. I hear tell he seems "out of sorts" from his usual, camera loving self. I'll report back if it's worth a watch!

Quoting myself to say that I found the clip on the Fox News site, GR At Large, and it is worth a look-see! I can't bring it over, but it was definately telling in that JB's demeanor, careful choosing of words, and defense of the RH person seem to be out of character from what we have previously seen.

Excellent - if you give me a high sign an the "all clear" I'll seek it out also!

As compared to Ashton who "stuck around" for just this case, perhaps knowing the fame of being associated with such a heinous case would help him in his run for State's Attorney.

By the way, how many people were on the Prosecution's side? All paid for by the Florida taxpayers?

I'm so curious! You are calling this a heinous case but you think that Casey is innocent. Not being snarky at all, but what do you think happened to Caylee?

Come and laugh at me, with me.
Whenever the vlog first came out and people were using the RH initials, I at first thought it was Richard Hornsby. Yeah, I'm about slow.

Let me explain the difference... the prosecutors were doing the same job they had always done. They did not insert themselves into the case. It is not accurate to say Ashton "stuck around", he simply continued working at his job like he always had.

However, JB, CM, et al, saw that this was a high profile case and worked for next to nothing (blood money notwithstanding) in exchange for being associated with a high profile case. They would not have done this if it were a low profile case. There is no evidence that anything you are implying is true.

I'd be interested to hear any of your own original thoughts about this instead of just seeing you reverse the points other people make...

IMO, definately worth a look. I'd like someone elses opinion on it, because to me he seems like he is annoyed at having to do this, and he quickly states that he didn't think the RH person had anything to do with it. How does he know? Does he know this person personally that he so readilly vouches for him on national tv? Kinda hinky! Let me know what you think.

The "chatter" ( I hate that term ) is that RH is really Casey's boyfriend and he betrayed her. I find that pretty easy to believe for some reason.

I think releasing these tapes was absolutely the felon's idea. No one betrayed her. That's HER stock and trade!

She got used to being the biggest reality show on the planet last summer, and now she's sitting in a trailer, porking up on Pop Tarts and poking holes in her head.

With the publication and success of Jeff Ashton's book, JA announcing his run for State Attorney, and Dr. G's special about Caylee, she just had to make it all about HER HER HER, again. She's getting what she wants; I don't think it bothers her one iota that 99% of the attention she's receiving is negative. She's a sociopath and a narcissist, after all.

Remember the line in the film Fatal Attraction: "I will not be...IGNORED....DAN!"? That's the felon, Casey Anthony. Love Me/Hate Me/Just Don't IGNORE Me!

:twocents:

okay... WHO is this RH person?? :waitasec: a little behind on the 'video' thread here...

TIA!! :seeya:

From what I have read his name is Robert Hensley, he lives in Olathe Ks with his parents, he is not employed, has no driving license, and is a convicted felon - multiple convictions. ( No wonder he can relate to Casey,eh)
His FB page bragged that he was a friend of Casey and she had sent him videos of herself and photos since release. Somehow these made their way onto the Internet - depends which site you read for how that happened. Casey says she was hacked....

Someone was kind enough to just post it in Current News so I had a peek.

Wow - we are looking at a Baez of a different colour aren't we? Something heavy is sitting on that boy's shoulders - that was the lamest on camera I've ever seen him do.

If he ever had any passion, it's sure gone from this case anyhow. That denial about RH may have come quickly because he already knows OCA was the hand behind the curtain- and he probably doesn't want to set himself up for any defamation stuff. And how's he going to stop OCA from pulling these kinds of stunts - she isn't in jail anymore and can ignore him if she wants.

Maybe that's what's he so "resigned" about - any payday that was going to happen has definitely gone by by. The only sign of "life" I saw in him was when GR asked him if he was going to "stay on the case" and Baez replied "there is no case - it's over" - then passed the buck saying Mason and Ms Fryer would be handling her appeals.

So Baez - meet success. How's that working for you Sir? :floorlaugh:

FWIW the Chatter says they are related - RH and JB.

I haven't watched Jose's interview, but some seem to think he seemed somewhat out of it? Maybe that has to do with him being stuck with Casey Anthony? It has to be exhausting! It brings me a lot of joy that he may be miserable. He danced with the devil. Played her game. He may have won his case, but he lost in life. There is nothing good that can come from having Casey in his everyday life. She is toxic. She is the type of person that will absolutely destroy you if you cross her. I think Jose is learning this the hard way. Good!

I hope that every single one of them (except Ann Finnell _ she was at least respectful and professional) comed across the Casey Anthony we all know is real. She is going to slowly destroy them. She can't help herself. Look what she did to her own family... she killed her own child. Do not think for one moment that she cannot destroy their lives too. They're in for a long miserable road and I personally don't feel bad for any of them.

Haven't screwed up enough courage to watch it yet. But (bbm) I suspect and hope you are one to something - reminds me of the disconnect/realization in Wolfe's "The Mid-Atlantic Man"... (which evidently is not in the public domain yet, so I cannot link it - it's from his collection of short stories in The Pump House Gang) - however, I did find a brilliant bit of description about it:

Except for die-hards in the crumbling old social worlds, where the confusion is so great ... nobody can tell whether this is really the path to the top or if they've just taken service elevator.

rossva, why are you so hung up on the Jeff Ashton issue? you seem pretty passionate about it.

The vibe I get watching Jose is that there is alot of tension between him and Geraldo. My gut feeling is that Geraldo (for all of his support of FCA and Jose during the trial and the events leading up to it) expected an exclusive interview with FCA and did not get it. His questions when interviewing Jose seem less scripted now and Jose seems apprehensive. I noticed it the last time I saw them together also.:twocents:
