He also says LDB made a big mistake with the jury by going through the 31 days asking "Where is Caylee" for each day.....that it didn't answer that question for the jurors that she posed.

Sorry T.O I didn't intend to come across as trying to convince you..I was just, as we say, "talking out loud" LOL

Actually I liked LDB's opening statement..very methodical and a very practical question to ask..

Baez did answer the question for the Jury..Caylee was dead, her mother no longer lived in the family home(in truth evading her family), told no one of her daughters demise and began living the life of a single person with no responsibilities.
Casey's only problem was WHO she was going to steal from next.

Looking back at the June 16th, 2008 Ping map we know OCA did not leave the area of her parents home and with this new revelation from Baez she IMO did not leave the home at all.

The A's were in cover up mode to protect OCA so it is not a big leap to theorize George was either lying or mis-remembering the events of that day.

But let me give Baez the benefit of the doubt and say that IF this newest revelation is true, it demonstrates that after Caylee died George was so distraught over her death that within a few hours he wanted to kill himself but Casey, who claims Caylee was her greatest accomplishment and loved her so much, decided to go and be with her new boyfriend, go out and rent movies to watch, have sex and sleep in the next day and continue having "fun" with her boyfriend and her new life.

I was reading up stairs in The Current News thread Hal's blog about JB's wife.

I had forgotten she was a mail order bride so to speak and have some thoughts to share if I may.

She most likely comes from a place where women are submissive to their husbands. I see JB as being obsessed with the bow chick a bow wow which creeps me out to the nth degree. So if he was having relations with CFCA his wife was probably thinking thank gosh, at least he isn't pawing me. I really wish I knew what she really thinks about him. I wonder if she is as repulsed by him as we are but is affraid to go against him for fear of being deported.

Enough is enough, GA should come out swinging and nail Baez to the wall. Not that I'm a big Anthony fan (can't stand to look at them), but someone should speak the truth from that camp - once and for all.

I'm hoping that someone comes out with a book that has all the doc's in it to refute his book of lies line by line. It would be a daunting task but it would show just what a disgusting being JB is.

Al Capones Vault comment.
Geraldo's fiasco Live TV show "The Mystery of Al Capone's Vault". He did a show with a lot of media hype, they made a big deal about opening the secret vault in the Lexington Hotel in Chicago and there was nothing to be found.

Apparently . :what: Make a very public joke of the one thing that Geraldo hates mentioned, the story that won't die, that humiliated him in public.... that is Baez idea of a joke. Wonder if he'll ask him back?

In a few short hours George went from finding the dead body of his precious grand daughter to surfing the internet for "foolproof suffocation so he could commit suicide...to disposing of his granddaughters body then decides hey today is not the day I'll attempt suicide so I'll go to work and life goes on...

The only person who's life went on, happily, was Casey Anthony..for 31 days her life became that of a single person with no responsibilities.

I agree with this possibility. In some countries women are raised to be submissive to men. It is not a stretch to think a female raised in such an environment may consider herself of lesser social status than all men, even the likes of Jose.

From his speaking and his mannerisms I do not see that Jose has a very high opinion of women in general. And that includes Casey. When he talks her up it is only because there is something in it for him, IMO.

In one conversation Zimmerman spoke with an unidentified person who told him that Zimmerman's friend and defender Frank Taaffe said that "he has an interested party" who was willing to pay for his legal defense as long as Jose Baez was co-counsel.

Baez represented Casey Anthony, the Florida woman who was tried and acquitted in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, last summer.

Zimmerman quotes O'Mara as saying, "if you want him to be co-counsel just have him be your counsel because I will excuse myself."

Zimmerman in the recording said, "I told him no, absolutely not." "

reading through early emails from Cindy to her brother. Wow. Just wow.

It is fascinating to me to go back in time to see what was being done then vs. what we know now. It is very telling to me about the POSSIBILITY of a drowning back then. Rick P - Cindy’s brother laid out the entire scenario for Cindy. All that had to be added to that mix was GA’s ALLEGED molestation and participation in the drowning/disposal of the body to give that P12Pinhead jury an out.
