Pipitone discussed it on the six o'clock news. I don't think he said anything about 7pm. He did say he'd be back at 11 with more.

Ok, so I am a darn hour late?!? Is that what you're telling me? :banghead:

So sad though. She had a father, somewhere.

She had a sperm donor somewhere; Caylee never had a father. Heck, she never had a real family. She was born into a war zone, not a home.

Me too, MissJ; I didn't finally give up the ghost until I was in my 40s, and here FCA couldn't wait to dispose of the beautiful gift that was Caylee. So many would have been thrilled to give that little girl a loving home. Instead, FCA tossed out Caylee like garbage when she became an inconvenience.

There are no words to express how much I truly loathe FCA and her enabling family and her arrogant defense team and that completely useless jury and, well, even Dr. Phil! Fattening their coffers, inflating their egos, profiting from the premeditated murder of a sweet, trusting child. Disgusting.
:furious:

(But, again, a big shout out to our two very special Websleuthers, who searched for truth and justice for Caylee.)

feel the same way. This child deserved better than what she got. What is most appalling is CA. How could this jury let this criminal off without any charge?

Okay, since I already sound so inept, let me just go dive in further - What page? Can you link me to the video?

Oh my! :laughcry:

It's okay people. Really.

Yes, I screwed up AGAIN and accidently temp locked the Sidebar when I thought I was locking the Interview thread.

Don't worry. I'm going away now. I am gonna go pour me a glass of merlot and chill out. I will be much better soon!

So sorry! :iamashamed:

I saw this elsewhere...thought it interesting as it confirms "fool-proof" as a term Casey had used in the past, complete with hyphenating the word. My apologies if this has already been noted:

2008-05-12 MON 01:56pm. Facebook
Casey to Amy (FB) (From Facebook - Posted To Amy Huizenga): Casey Anthony (Orlando, FL) wrote To Amy Huizenga at 1:56pm on May 12th, 2008 "let's find new distractions...then distractions for our distractions. it's a fool-proof plan!"

It's okay. It's really the universe that is messed up (think that is obvious with the jury decision on this case).....

AZLawyer:

Isn't it against legal ethics and/or bar rules/regulations for an attorney to deliberately lie in a court of law?

In other words, Baez has basically come out and said that he knew of this information regarding the computer search for "fool-proof suffication" and, in my opinion, he also knew that it was Casey who initiated that search.

He then went into a court of law and outright stated that Caylee died in a drowning in the family pool and that George disposed of her body.

Given the timeline of when this search was made, and knowing that George was at work at that time, it would have been impossible for the story he related at trial to have had any validity, at all.

If he knew about this search, knew the timeline, and then went to court with his preposterous story of a drowning, then it appears to me that he lied in open court.

Perpetuating a falsehood in court is against the law, is it not? It is punishable by the local bar, is it not?

Am I missing something?

First of all, I really don't think he knew the timeline. I really don't.

Second, there are a lot of things that normal people might call "lying" that are not called "lying" for defense attorneys. This is no offense to defense attorneys--it's a tough job, and I'm glad it's not mine, but I understand the need for them. Suffice it to say that Jose was IMO not "lying" in the legal ethics sense by presenting a theory that he probably thought was false.

BTW Jose, I hope you've noticed how I keep defending you. I have a serious problem with objectivity--I have too much of it.

this is damning information, but can anything be done about it? is there any possibility of new charges against CA? tia

Nope.

Yes, but this time he tried to quantify his obvious dissing of AZLawyer and JWG by including the term "as an expert."

In other words, he is not now stating that neither AZ nor JWG is admitted in a court of law as he stated yesterday--instead he is saying now that they have not been admitted as experts.

Semantics.

And he is still on the line for his statements of yesterday, as I have yet to see any public apology or retraction for what he said then.

I noticed that change. I understand that he still has it written the same way on Facebook, though--in fact, I was told that he repeated the same post again, except with better formatting, not long ago.

This new way, it seems to refer more to JWG. I can't imagine why he wouldn't want to fix the posts on his FB, unless he wants people to misinterpret it.

I'm not happy about how TP is allowing JB to bash SA by saying they withheld evidence, and that he doesn't ask JB why in the world GA, while suicidal, would be accepting a FB friend for his daughter an checking her myspace.

One day it dawned on me if I were to rob a bank and get away with it I really didnt because I did it, I robbed the bank, I am thus, a bank robber. We are the sum of our actions so in a way we never escape guilt for our actions regardless of whether or not we were " caught" . I know a baby killer who walks among us and she will never be able to escape her sentence. She will always be known for what she did. it will follow her to her grave. At least we have that solace and that could be considered KARMA

OR
He doesn't appreciate the intelligence of others...okay I'll say it.. Bloggers

I think he bought the Nanny story at first too...IMO she was playing him at the beginning but I also believe he wised up quickly and had a serious talk with OCA.

Think about all the info he was getting through out trial either on ipad or phone technically. You could call that "bloging" afterall they were searching the web

We will never know if in fact whoever her sperm donor was knew he was the father. But I wonder if he did or had the chance if things might have been different for Caylee.
And yet someday we might find out and hear that whole story.
She was certainly born into a nuthouse and they all got way with it.:furious:

you know it baffled me why FCA didnt go for social security, medicaid and ride the government teet and then I realized they want to know who the father is so they can go after him for his responsbility in the matter. I think she chose not to take this free money due to the fact she didnt know who the father was and would then have to admit there were 500 plus possibilities

So George has the ability to be two places at once...home and work. I want that ability. Sure would help with my life. How about yours?

And his client wasn't. A liar. Go figure

Yep, not only did Caylee have just a sperm donor as a father but she also had just an egg donor for a mother. :furious:
