Wink News then again interviews JL and is sticking to his statement that he doesn't believe CW could do something like this.
He also accuses LE of manipulating answers from him, due to how he was interviewed.
KM was interviewed once again, and has stuck to her story regarding her daughter's accounts leading up to the murder.
Again, kudos to her. Because of her age, it would've been so easy for her to lie to LE and get away with it.
However, she stuck her ground and told of what she knew to be the truth!

I have a question, sorry if I'm being naïve. How would someone tell the difference between a burner phone and just an older phone laying around the house. I get that burners are typically pay as go cheaper phones but if you don't have a lot of money anyway wouldn't you be using less expensive phones in general? I ask because I have 4 old cell phones hanging around my house.

I don't believe it for one second because it sounds like TS would not risk the legal issues of fraduently prescribing drugs for someone else and then taking them. Several doctors I know are perfectly clear that they are on ADs and such: neurotransmitter issues are medical issues. I find doctors don't have a stigma about these things.

I call BS on this.


Also, I wonder if TS called the other Mark over because maybe she had eerie feelings before when she was alone in the house. How do we know this was the only time MS pulled something or tried something? Maybe there were couple of near misses before this event?

Yes, I noticed that as well, that MP was called to make TS feel comfortable being alone.

The interviewer had a fabulous question asking him if there were perhaps some explosive things to come out that will continue our interest (rough paraphrasing)

one of the best places for a burner phone is wally world cheap throw away trac phone can always get another card with different phone number or just add minutes to existing one. you can pay cash for one no trail if you get a sim card from a reg company it is trackable

Thank you for being my compass. lol I caught a headline (going to read now, was watching various related news videos on YouTube) that said something to the effect of CWW not fighting extradition....I wonder if he thinks he'll get to hang out with his pal(s)? I don't know all the legalities, of course, but if it was "his choice" not to fight it...That speaks volumes about how he feels about his actual blood relations and marital bonds.

CWW was booked into Lee County Jail 10.15.2016.
JRR is serving a 6 month federal sentence for violation of parole. Then he will be transferred to FL. His release date on his federal time is 2.22.2016 and then we will follow him to FL. Whether he will show up as Lee County Jail inmate immediately or 6-8 weeks later remains to be seen. (I asked AZLawyer in her thread if JRR might follow the same 6-8 week transfer timeline and the answer is he might.)

You will then see some threads in a chronological date order, a timeline of sorts. CWW has had several date stamped threads as he moved through the process of getting him to Florida.

CWW & MS met in high school and you can find a wealth of info, including photos of both of them as teenagers with hair, in the CWW: Charged with 2nd degree murder thread.

We have an entire thread on the children and the DCF. Correct, the judge ruled the possibility that MS might be arrested is not enough to remove the children.

JMO, I'm not trying to offend anyone, but I feel this issue is up for discussion because I feel like I'm back on the fence again. The evidence points to CWW and JR in the Seiver house on the night TS was murdered. I'm still not convinced that CWW was there just to commit the crime. The amount of anger shown in this murder points to a person that was getting "payback" for some incident that they were offended by. I get the feeling that CWW knew TS well and somehow got pissed off. I just can't see someone coming in a house and murdering someone with out reason even though ppl said he would do anything for MS. Yes, MS probably told CWW he wanted out but I think something else pushed him over the edge to do this. I'm really hoping future documents show some proof of what they might be. I also think and I compare it to Princess Di who chose various ppl to confide in by sharing little things to different ppl. I feel that not all TS's family and friends had the whole picture of what was going on in her life. This in know way is putting TS down. No one deserves to be killed or hurt. I just got the impression through the videos (interviews) that ppl knew different things That another person didn't know.

SMS stated that the motive will be very clear! Hmmm, some of the digital info was from rating restaurants? I wonder if someone(?) was switching SIM cards regularly and rated restaurant(s) then the LE possible obtained video?

Interesting that he said that processing DNA and Dog Dander takes a long time. I've never heard of dog dander in a case!

He goes into hormone therapy and not a traditional marriage......

This would be a good one to put in the media thread also!

And he said things with wi-fi, texting, etc. of digital background for this case has never been done before.

From that interview SMS WANTS MS, big-time. Again, from the interview it seems as though he needs someone from MO to fess up in order to seal the deal.

I just can't see her using it on a regular basis or being addicted to it given her incredible level of energy and the number of things she accomplished regularly.

Anti-depressants, no problem.

Like most of you, I imagine her trying to do everything possible via nutrition, exercise and positive thought, but sometimes you need a little help, you just do.

I agree with another poster who said the brutal beating may have been more about Teresa fighting back (anyone here think she didn't) or not dying than anything else.

There has been not one shred of evidence uncovered that shows that Teresa and Wayne even knew each other- let alone well.

Mark had $5 million dollars in life insurance that he kept up on. He knew damn well how much and lied about it. Curtis was going to never have to worry about money again thanks to Mark.

Many ppl believe Pot is beneficial and don't see it as bad.
Thing is it is Illegal. No matter who u are, Still a NoNo in Fl.

This is a completely ridiculous idea. Plenty of doctors are on anti depressants and anti anxiety meds. No need to hide it. Crazy.

I'm now wondering if it was really MS who was prescribed anti-depressants, and he told LS the script was for TS to ensure there wouldn't be a paper trail? No judgment, whatsoever. Anti-depressants/anxiety meds are totally normal, and in the realm of public perception...more acceptable than pot. Especially in Florida. I don't know why TS would put her scripts in MS's name, unless it was for convenience. If anything, if TS was taking medication, she seems like the type to use that experience as a way to empathize and benefit her patients. Not something she would actively cover up. Weed on the other hand, people have very strong feelings about this subject.

And just thinking out loud, I don't think TS was 'addicted' to pot. I think she may have used it as an emotional crutch, a natural anti-anxiety medication. Just throwing this out here-- I know plenty of women (in particular) who do not look like a typical pothead, but partake at the end of the day similar to having a glass of wine. These are successful and responsible professionals, smoking pot works for them, whereas some anti-anxiety medications did not because of the side affects. Maybe this was the case with TS, my gut tells me it was. :moo:
