OK. First post. Deep breath. Been on the fence, off the fence, under the fence, either side of the fence around the fence, through the loose board in the fence so many time in this case – I have finally reached the conclusion that the fence knows nothing.

TH is not cooperating according to KH and DY. LE says she is cooperating.

Now we hear her friends ‘aren’t cooperating’, once again the source being KH and DY. AND they have ‘named and shamed’ one of these friends yet we hear NOTHING from LE confirming this woman isn't cooperating or has information she is refusing to divulge. Well I hope for their own sakes that KH and DY in a civil suit have something more to go on than someone in LE telling them that TH’s friends are scuppering their whole ‘isolate her and she’ll crack’ gambit by giving her their support and advice.

The search warrants on these friends were implemented over a week ago, if anything relevant has been turned up beyond the fact these friends are offering the basic human moral support that anyone would offer a friend in the same situation (when there is no CONCRETE evidence of any wrong-doing on her part) I’ll show my bare behind in Macy’s window. What this probably boils down to is TH’s friends telling her “get a lawyer and don’t say anything to LE without one” and that has been spun into “ they know something and aren’t telling.”

I feel desperately sorry for KH and DY, I can’t imagine going through the agony of having my child missing, but I honestly think LE is manipulating them in a way which is wrong to the extent of cruelty. They keep feeding them these ‘tidbits’ in the hope they run with them to the media where LE for whatever legal reasons can’t follow. It’s time for LE to either poop or get off the pot. They should hold up their hand and admit that they’ve hit a brick wall with TH and don’t have any more clue about what happened to Kyron than they did 7 weeks ago.

Kaine & Desiree - the pressure tag team. They are agressively doing what they can and what they think is right to do on behalf of their son.

I don't have a problem with it.

If you choose sides, you're in the game. If you choose Terri's side, you're fair game for Kyron's bio-parents who, at the
moment, have the ear of media.

IMO, citizens should request properly executed warrants for search of their private property. What's interesting and telling to me is, LE got them at all. :cow:

Well, actually, the DA office rep DID admit just that in his appearance before the county commission regarding funds.....He said "you have this kid who disappeared from the school with apparently NO EXPLANATION of how that happened" (not sure that is an exact quote, but close). He didn't say that they have spent a lot of time and money and are close to wrapping it up, he didn't say we have mounds of evidence about who is responsible....he said.....they have no apparent explanation for how the child disappeared.

So, ITA with you on this, LE has said that DY and KH's information is NOT from them, the two of them have contradicted each other, LE just yesterday said TH is cooperating as they have said before.

Pure speculation on my part. For all we know they were just looking for belongings of TH and children at friends houses. Of course TH would have been moving things when KH was at work a little at a time over a few months period knowing the marriage was over. She would assume she would still be taking care of the children until the divorce/custody was settled as KH works and she did not.

Keep in mind, this is just my speculation.

Hopefully LE will tell us something soon.

Yes, that's why I asked if it looked like the same house *and* LE doing the moving. If it is the same house, and it isn't LE, maybe it's a condo with more than one unit and a neighbor just happens to be moving. It's just strange.

She does live in a condo (per her blog). She also was a member of the HOA for the condo complex.

ETA: Y'all should read her blog. She's a good writer and it gives a lot of insight into her personality.

Yikes....

Plus, as it has been pointed out...LE doesn't need search warrants at all to search the home of someone who is cooperating. The person simply states..."Please, come on in, search away. Would you like some ice tea? Here, let me help you move the sofa away from the wall."

I'm beginning to think the LE reports that certain people are cooperating vs. Kaine Desiree reports that those same people are not cooperating is a carefully LE-orchestrated act of good cop (LE) vs. bad cop (Kaine and Desiree) to pressure certain parties and to try to get them to talk to the good cops (LE).

Kaine and Desiree are in on the act..just doing what LE tells them to do. I know I would be...

Could TH's attorney also represent DDS? Seems like a awhole lot of derrogatory things have been spewed. I really do feel for Kaine,DY & TY...but don't ya think they ought to just LE do all the talking...seems to me as if they ( Kaine /DY) could be putting themselves in hot water. But I am sure they are not concerned about hot water, just finding their son, which is certainly understandable.

I totally agree with the orchestrated good cop/bad cop setup. I have thought that from the first time Kaine and Desiree spoke out.

I think part of it might be due to legal strategy, looking ahead towards a trial. A defense atty wouldn't be able to say about LE, "And you publicly made disparaging comments to influence the jury pool; you focused on my client to the exclusion of all others and instituted a media campaign against her, didn't you?"

Disseminating what they want in the public arena via non-LE avoids that complication down the road. I am one of those who has tremendous faith in LE in general, and especially when the FBI is involved. I think they know what they're doing.

I viewed the video full screen and saw the for sale sign. There was another house in the video that had a for sale sign too, but it seemed to be in between it and another house, so hard to tell which one it was on.

As far as a move, I cannot remember where I read it, but I saw something about a job loss -- thought it was mentioned to have been in January. Could be just a need to sell and move or ?

It says on her twitter that she is selling her house... but have some painting to do.. which she hates.

Don't remember the exact way she's saying it, but it's there...
