Yes, but that was DeDe's neighbor at the Tualatin condo.

I mean the large brick-front home with the arch.
There's a white T-shirt guy removing boxes.
There appears to be a fast-food lunch on top of the van.

(the news has been known to pull our legs before, I am not convinced this is a search in progress... looks like they are just moving... notice the dolly in the garage too)

Nice to meet you! I am wondering too... Could this be a friend who was sucked into a bleeding heart by another friend? Could this be someone who was willing to jump on a bandwagon to cover for her friend by going shopping, using her friends debit card to do so, to gather things her friend should have gotten, but well that friend was "dinking around" with someone because of just how forlorn in her marriage she was? I mean...maybe she said, "I was supposed to pick up a bunch of things at the store and I didn't, could you run those errands for me and go to the dump for me like I was supposed to do -- I was busy with 'you know who' and I'm going to get lambasted when I get home because I didn't do what I said I would do today. Cover for me? I need you."

Then again...how much in love could these friends have been?

Found something here that makes me wonder what has been going on in the life of this new "name" in all of this. Seems that in December, they were falling in love with someone and doing a lot of daydreaming maybe. Who were they falling in love with? Or, was their falling in love so powerful that they could comprehend (and cover for) the falling in love of someone else such that they would let themselves be used?

FWIW, the November/December 2009 time frame is interesting.

The vid of a guy moving boxes on a dolly....that looks like he's just moving out of a condo....could the media have messed up so much as to mistake a typical moving out situation with LE removing evidence?? :waitasec:

I have read on another related thread that DD has another property (unconfirmed). If she does indeed have two properties it could be that she is in process of moving from one to the other. While the house has been searched the footage may not show the search/removal in process. It could be normal moving activities.

The oddest comment was made on OregonLive.com's coverage regarding TH's friends. I hesitated putting the link here (so mods please removed if inappropriate). The question it raised for me is the following: Is there a Houseboat involved somehow in all of this. Has LE conducted a search there (and if so, did they send divers to look underneath it)?? I usually ignore commentors like this one and don't give them much credence, but for, some reason, this one struck a nerve.

He could, but I doubt he would. There aren't many situations in which it is in the best interests of two clients who are involved in the same case to be represented by the same attorney.

The full circumstances of such a situation would have to be in writing, signed by all parties (clients and attorney), in order for the attorney to protect himself in the event he is sued for malpractice by one of the parties. The writing would show that the clients were fully informed of all hazards (including potential hazards) involved, and that the clients consented to the dual representation anyway.

I've seen it happen in civil cases, but not in criminal cases. That doesn't mean that the client and potential client don't want it to happen -- just that the vast majority of the time, attorneys aren't prone to hanging themselves on limbs like that.

BBM Yes, but that appears to be December 2008. Not this past December. Now, if you were to find similar poetic waxings by TH in December 2008.....that'd be something to look at, IMO.

Yes. I could very well be the house where evidence was removed last week, but the video was shot yesterday.

If it was the actual "evidence" being removed, the person would be wearing an LE identifier, the "evidence" would be labeled for cataloging and would be placed in an LE vehicle or evidence van, not some random guys minivan.
