Is he the one who wrote, 'Tis brillig, and the . . do guire and gimble in the'?

That was Lewis Carroll, in The Jabberwock.

Dylan Thomas wrote "do not go gentle into that good night"

according to Dede's blog, whe has no money. I wonder how she could afford an attorney?

She only *needs* an attorney if she is arrested, and if she is indigent, the government will assign an attorney it pays for to her case.

Unless and until she is arrested, all she has to do is refuse to talk and refuse to consent to any warrantless searches. That is harder to do than it seems, human nature being what it is, especially if a person is trying to appear to be factually innocent.

DeDe also speaks of a wonderful boyfriend, and then later a wonderful fiancee.

Aye. And Terri wrote on her FB That Kaine was a bag of chips and all that...

And in reality it means...Zilch..

Detectives learned that Spicher, who shares Terri Horman's passion for fitness and gardening, was doing gardening work for a Northwest Portland homeowner on June 4. She abruptly left the house about 11:30 a.m. and didn't return until an hour to 90 minutes later.

Another person working at the home called Spicher to come in for lunch, and the homeowner called Spicher on her cell phone but she wasn't reachable. Detectives have questioned both the homeowner and the other person who was working at the home that day.

Messages left for Spicher and her parents were not returned Thursday.

BBM Above:

LE knows and has interviewed the people who called her during lunch.

Have theY interviewed the person who called her and made her leave abruptly?

It seems obvious to me that a call came in and she left. Who called her and where did she go?

Nothing yet, but we're anxiously awaiting it in this thread (and some of us are baking brownies in anticipation):

Congratulations to all on this thread!!
I just came in to check on news about Kyron for a few minutes and thought when I left at 3:45am this morning I might find this thread in the basement today... But its still here in main forum so you guys must be doing great. (Especially with Grandmaj's help! who I suspect never sleeps)

Please remember Dairy Girl who is having surgery today and if you want Please say a prayer for her. She was so worried about missing major news about Kyron.

Dang, here I was, thinking it would be quiet at least until the press release comes out today, and boy was I totally wrong! So it looks like there are accomplices, or at least one. I can't imagine ever covering up a missing child for a friend. No freaking way. That is unacceptable. If this DDS knows something, she needs to talk like yesterday.

I'm starting to think something like this if she refuses to talk:

DDS + TH = Cindy A. + Casey A.

Except it's more a protective big sister than mother daughter. DDS, a little secret, covering up and lying doesn't work. Just ask both of the Anthony women. If the SA in Oregon is as good as the SA in Florida, both of you are going down in flames if you had anything to do with what happened to Kyron.

Side note: I logged into my IGoogle account and the first thing I saw was the headline to a Dear Abby column:

Siblings Suffer Consequences Of Mom's Disregard for Truth

Considering this case, that sent chills down my spine.

Wonder if anyone expecting TH to maybe move in with Spicher when she was forced to leave the house...

I think the civil suit is a profiled answer from KH, DY and TY.

Nicole Simpson's family won in civil court against OJ even though he was found "innocent".

I feel (IMO!) from Dede's blogs that she is into money and does some strange things to save, like get rid of her internet and use the signal from others out there.

She also gave a neighbor a cake for a $1000 water heater job, instead of money.

I like to squeeze a penny, but not at someone else's expense.

Those things disturb me.

I think she might cave, if she can, to save herself (if she can, depending on what she's done.)

I so agree where is the PLEADING???
Please give my son KYRON back.............anyone hear anyone pleading with kidnappers????

Can you name a single case where the pleas of the parents have led to significant results?

What the heck, that comment linked on Oregonlive sent a chill down my spine. D: I wonder if it's just another nut or if there's something to it. AWFULLY specific, though.

Just want to mention FYI: HLN covered the Kyron case last hour and will continue to provide updates throughout the day. Mike Brooks commented on Kaine's statement and whether or not LE is using Kyron's dad to get a message out to Terri and/or others who might be involved with the disappearance of the boy.
