Source Says Casey Said Caylee Was Sold To Someone In Puerto Rico

  • #221
Exactly. There was a decomposing body in that trunk, and hairs with Caylee's DNA death ring. I wish she were sold to someone in PR, but that is not where the facts are pointing.

I don't think that a "death ring" has ever been confirmed. Caylee's hair could be in the truck off of clothes or anything of her's. It has yet to come out that the DNA matches Caylee. I am trying hard to withhold judgement until more facts come out. It is not easy at all

Where is Caylee????? :other_beatingA_Dead

I don't believe anyone said Casey sold the baby. I believe it was said that Caylee was "sold", then intimated three of her friends went to Puerto Rico seperately, implying, I believe, they may have been involved somehow. 'Course I could be wrong, but that's how I took it.

from the link:
<<Wednesday, sources who spent a lot of time with the family in recent weeks, told Eyewitness News that when Casey got out of jail the first time, she convinced her mother that she sold her daughter to someone in Puerto Rico. The only interview Cindy's done since then is with Univision, where she talked about a tip that Caylee was in Puerto Rico.>>

Who is this source? Tips are still being followed up on and Cindy is passing tips from within the US to LE. PI's are still following up on tips here. There is a lot of things that people do not know that are going on behind the scenes and NO my information is not only from Cindy.

Actually, what I'm trying to say is "Don't believe everything you read".

I agree. According to the article posted on today's daily thread about letters between Baez and LE, Baez is still claiming Casey left Caylee with the nanny. It doesn't appear, in spite of LP and the Media claims, that Casey has changed her story.

I don't believe everything I read.

I do believe in science and forensics though.

since PR is a US territory do you have to have a passport and go through customs?

No, you don't need a passport or go through customs to get to PR, if you're traveling to and from the States. But valid ID is required for all traveling and in the case of kids, I think it's a birth certificate.

Then charge her. It's been a looooong time that they have had to collect. Either you have it or you don't.

This is like Trenton is in Korea.

I really wish it could be so.
I think it could be pooable that Caylee and trenton cases could be relate. The mothers story has a lot in common.

That's not how prosection works in the U.S. when you do not yet have a body.

Since Casey won't talk to LE, it seems she has not told them a new story since her interviews. That would not make any other, inconsistent statements or admissions she might make to others about what happened to Caylee irrelevant. People can make their own decisions about the credibility of claims she has made other statements when and if witnesses testify about them. RD says Casey told him that the child snatch took place in the park, that others were present, etc. He claims to have firsthand knowledge of this, to have spoken directly to Casey. I don't really see why Casey would float a rumor that she personally sold her daughter, unless it just seems better than murder. Maybe Cindy or some of her friends might think a story like this is somehow helpful, so she can cling to her story that Caylee is alive, or drag in third parties to shift blame. Who really knows.

If so, then I guess KC learned from Trenton's disappearance.

But I thought you didn't need a body. At least people on here have said that and I don't believe you do.

The original blurb said Casey convinced her mother that she (Casey) sold Kayla to someone in PR.

What a delightful mother she is if that's true.

People don't buy little girls for nice reasons.

I think it could send her to jail for a very long time. Not that it's likely to be true, either. More garbage.......

Did LE ask:
Did anyone think to ask how much $$$$ money Caylee was sold for?
How was Casey contacted by the people in PR?
Who delivered the child..to whom...what city, what day?
How was the money paid/received? western union, bank deposit, snail-mail or carrier pigeon?
What happened to the money??

So did this whole family just completely forget they ALL smelled a dead body in the trunk ??

I'm getting dizzy with all this spinning

Exactly!! Then why would she have to steal Amy's Checkbook?? Wouldn't someone who bought a beautiful little American girl have paid top dollar/
(This just curdles my soul to think about but it highlights the idiocy of this story--) If Casey was broke enough to sell her little girl for whatever reason(I'm thinking "Spiteful 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬" of course,) Show Me The Money!!!

what is the sentence for child trafficing?

What about this possible theory...maybe KC had in fact been talking to someone about selling Caylee. That person or people led KC to believe she would receive the money within 30 days (30 day script), but never honored their end of the deal and KC never got paid??? Just thinking.
