Tongo: Before or when I was already at the Strand, Monde contacted me.

Tongo: Qwabe and I did contact each other. Not sure who called who. We did discuss what happened. Why they weren't there. It seemed as if we decided, that I on my way to Somerset, will come back again.

Tongo: We were communicating on way to Strand. That's why it surprises me that it doesn't appear.

Tongo: told him we driving towards S/West. Qwabe said they won't be able to get there. Its wet. ( lots of police.)

VZ: Qwabe told this court a different story,he said they struggled to get transport, you phoned him you had already left Gugs.

VZ: he said the two of you agreed to let the matter stand for another time.

Van Zyl's questioning Tongo on Qwabe's statement in which he said that they had transport issues. That it was not going to happen and would have to happen some other time.

Tongo: I don't know why Qwabe would say that. I have told the court what happened.

VZ: The accused will say this big eye thing didn't happen.

Tongo: It's all up to him if he says it didn't happen

Tongo: he and accused walked in front, business partner a little distance behind.

Tongo: accused wanted to know why the "thing they decided on didn't happen".

(Tongo very persistent with the whole 'business partner' shtick. Very irritating to say the least. )
