PH: I asked MM if he's willing to make a full disclosure. Then I proceeded to take his statement.

PH: We didn't have the result of the primer residue test during the Mngeni trial.

I and everyone involved realized that was overlooked & that we didn't get those results, after pats of the glove were sent to Pretoria. We obtained the results on 21 August

The 2 of us were alone. We chit-chatted in the vehicle. He was very calm, cooperative
