PH: That was never brought to my attention. I learnt of that when it was brought to the attention of the court.

followed this tweet - Dewani entered into a plea explanation. In it, he says he asked Tongo to arrange a helicopter trip as a surprise for his wife. Tongo took the accused and his wife, Dewani took R10,000 in cash and placed it in her handbag.

So it followed PH comment was about the helicopter ride.

The tweets are so cryptic and random it's difficult to get a clear picture of the evidence and process. :gaah:

VZ questions PH about Bheki Cele's statement that "a monkey came here from overseas to kill his wife." PH says he can't answer for his commissioner.

Traverso: Yes, but he said it.

PH: Yes, we do.

VZ: You have Facebook?

PH: Yes I do.

VZ: And you make entries from time to time?

PH: Yes I do

VZ: Did you make this entry? Assuming it was after the accused's extradition was halted on mental health grounds. "Mental Health Act? Human Rights? Fair trial? Are these just escape routes?"

PH: I don't recall making such an entry. This is he first time I see such an entry. I have been informed that my Facebook was hacked and I disabled that account.

VZ: Friends on your facebook include, Sneha Mashru, Nishma Hindocha, etc. Are you aware of that?

PH: Yes

PH: Not at all. And as I told this court, my facebook had been hacked & it was again brought to my attention by one of the journalists sitting in this court.

VZ: There is an investigation diary, that stops in March 2011. Why is that? Because we know the investigations are ongoing
