I just don't know whether to trust the tweets, because shouldn't VZ have said that a transcript or the audio video was provided for the court? I have to assume Judge Traverso has seen the program. :/

My take was the state should file dockets (paperwork) re info given to the TV programmes. I suppose the defence would have a right of reply to any info published by the state.
