VZ: I presume at that time you knew that Zola Tongo would say that he didn't know that the wife had to be killed. That it was a business partner.

PH: Correct

VZ: You knew that MM's statement that the wife had to be killed flies in the face of Tongo's version

PH: No, Wednesday 17th

VZ: We know you went to see Mr. da Grass thereafter. When was the 1st time you had contact from Mr. da Grass re Tongo

PH: During the week. He told me that his client came to see him with concerns that he was a suspect. I told him that I did not have concerns about his client and that I didn't have any evidence (against him)

PH: I never called Mr. da Grass. The morning of the 20th, Mr. da Grass called me. I told him we have a statement from Monde and I was planning to arrest him (Tongo)
