I agree, I was surprised when the judge allowed VZ to state it as a fact, that Qwabe killed Anni. It's not Qwabe's trial. So is VZ and Traverso overriding the judgement of the Judge in that trial? Quite strange imo.

State don't seem to be making a case at all, for why Dewani may have had a motive to want Anni dead. I suppose that's because the judge banned any mention of his sexuality, I think?

This is the problem I have - it's as though the men already convicted are on trial again, and Dewani is kind of being overlooked? It's nuts. In my opinion.
